GoogleWe have just completed our house purchase through Tristram's and were impressed with their services- very personable staff, always at hand with updates. Never had any issues getting replies to our emails. Liam in particular has been very helpful- from the Saturday viewing through passing the happy news of our offer being accepted to handing us the keys. He also referred us to solicitors which saved us time researching who to go with to acquire the property. Being first time buyers we really appreciated his calm and collected manner. We even got to meet the sellers and see the house twice more after the initial viewing! A very happy experience indeed.

GoogleAwful letting agents, would not recommend using them, house has been in a complete state since we moved in and they have had no urgency at all, 2 months later and we are still waiting for multiple repairs, living in pure damp. Constantly having to email and most of the time having little or no response, this is the same with calling them.

Despite miscommunication when it came to arranging an inspection which I'll put down to a one off, and me being rather annoyed at them, Tristrams have upheld a good level of communication and have been very helpful when we've needed them. They take feedback well and they're very quick to respond to emails and nothing seems like too much trouble for them.

Enter James from Tristram's .... all very easy, James explained everything we needed to do, provided all the certificates required and then handed over to the extremely capable Lizzie Tye who completed all the viewings and managed the arrival of a happy tenant.
Don't be fooled by the age of this team, they are extremely professional and very enthusiastic and as a major bonus fully managed for £35 per month. You should definitely give this team a call if you are thinking about letting or are already in the market
