GoogleAfter speaking with the letting agency Thomas Collighan has been very helpful with the whole process and with helping to get everything done efficiently as I needed the property with quite short notice. I feel I have had all the advice and help I have needed and I would most definitely recommend.

GoogleThanks to tristrams and especially Lizzie,I was finding it very hard to find a landlord who would except pets,Lizzie from tristrams,couldn't have gone further in the work that she did in helping me and my fluff ball find a lovely house,was in the area we always wanted,talk about above and beyond,after service from both tristrams and Lizzie is outstanding,what ever happens I will definitely be using both tristrams and Lizzie again,thank you again. Charlotte and the team are amazing nothing is too small from sending forms to an alternative email to organising contractors to fix a couple of minor issues incredibly quickly. GoogleI have just let a rental property using Tristram's find a tenant only service. James was fully conversant with local rental rates and took photographs and advertised the property the same day. A suitable tenant was selected out of a dozen or so applicants. Thanks to Charlotte and Lizzie for their efficiency in dealing with the referencing and inventory. I will definitely be using them again for my other properties.
