Tristrams weren't even our estate agents in our recent house move. They were representing our seller's. Despite this, Phil was incredibly proactive, responsive and supportive of us- always keeping us updated and answering calls from us. Our move was absolutely horrendous from the start for other reasons, but Phil couldn't do enough for us. If all estate agents were like Phil, then house moving would be a lot less stressful!

I have been a tenant for 5 years now,so I just had to say something...my daughters and I love the 3 bedrooms property and Fraser is been the best landlord especially compared to a bad experience I had with a landlord and a really mouldy house years ago..... the amazing thing is how fast he replys to whatever problems I might have and how ready he is always to make things easier for me whenever I need... like last month i needed a copy of my rent agreement and I had no idea what I'd done with it, he was ready to sent it to me,but not only that,I feel taken cared and safe, I know he is very understanding and very professional. The whole experience of taking out a tenancy with tristrams was a pleasant and positive experience . James was so helpful in our house search. After our rental fell through he found us two more houses to look at that were both perfect for our requirements - we felt that he really listened to what we wanted, rather than just showing us the first thing that came on the market. From that point onwards, we dealt with Lizzie who has also provided a faultless service, answering our queries well outside of working hours and providing a personal and very friendly service. Overall Tristrams made what could have been a really stressful move over Christmas and New Year very easy and I would definitely recommend.

Good estate agents, you can't always get through on the phone but they are quick to get back to you. Very quick organising sale and getting offer accepted quickly. Talia has been great. Everything Lizzie and the team did for me was brilliant . Lizzie was so helpful and replied to every email, phone call I made straight away explained in a way I understood as I'm not computer literate . I'd spent about a month contacting estate agents and attending veiwings in the Nottingham area. Tristams Lettings have been by far the most professional, organized and friendly estate agents I've dealt with and they've been so helpful as I start renting for the first time. I was so glad the property I really liked was with Tristams. When I wanted to go ahead with one of their properties, Lauren (from Tristams) got the ball rolling quickly and fairly- not taking money until the property could definitely be ours. There were no hidden costs and Lauren was always easy to contact. In the space of two weeks, I have seen the flat on Rightmove, viewed, shown interest, applied, secured and moved in. It's been such positive experience. Tristams really do want to just help find you the right place and make the process as convenient and easy as possible. I couldn't recommend Tristams more, they've been brilliant and have made what was quite a daunting experience so much easier.

At last, an agent that does what it says its going to do.....and then some...James and his team have been fantastic from start to finish. As a landlord I used to manage my own property as previous agents were far from adequate. Tristrams have gone way beyond any service I have previously had. What I like every time we have contact is that they care, they are bothered, they are professional and most of all their communication is amazing. Owning rental property can be a bit of a pain, not anymore for me. I would recommend Tristrams (and have) to anyone I know. Having relocated outside the area, this was the first time I had rented out my home. James and Lizzie were extremely helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. I don't understand how they have such a high rating. They are so slow and uncaring. It takes them such a long time to respond to issues such as the boiler breaking, leaving us without heating for several days. When we first moved in, there were a lot of problems with the place. We reported all the issues on their app and after several months they just deleted all our reports without addressing them??
