GoogleThis company is looking after their image. I was very disappointed with my appointment cancellation. The reason was someone already paid the deposit the morning before my viewing, and I lost one day of my annual leave. Then a very kind woman, I think Lizi is her name, called me and explained the situation in a very professional way.
She also promised to keep me updated about the available properties.
Most of the agencies don't care about the customer's and their opinion, but this one does.

GoogleI had not heard of Trsitam's before buying my house through them but I have to say how brilliant they were, especially Liam Kavanagh. moving house is very stressful and there are so many different parties to liaise with. it was such a relief to know that Liam and Tristam's had everything covered and I didn't once have to worry about them or chase them up. They kept me up to date at all points and I could not have asked for a better service. I would highly recommend anyone who is buying/selling to use them - I know they will be the first estate agent I call when I decide to move again. GoogleI write to record how impressed I was with the professional handling of my contact about our central heating breakdown. Both Lizzie and Katie were professional and friendly and arranged for Mike the the plumber to come over the same evening to fix the problem. He needed to come again but was able to restore heating fore us. He was such a decent man and a pleasure to have in the house.

GoogleI first met Dale their sales agent when i was looking to buy a property to rent and I thought he was professional and informed which is frankly more than you can say for your typical agent. I didnt end up buying through them but he told me about their letting service which to be honest sounded a bit too good to be true. Anyway when I finally found a property to let I gave it to Tristrams to manage for me. I was not to be dissatisfied! Although it is early days it is kind of hard to think why anyone would use any one else. They are without a doubt far cheaper and so you might expect sub par service but that is not the case. The whole team have been brilliant especially Lizzie and the boss James. The house went on the market within a day of asking them and they found a decent tenant almost the next day! Fast, helpful and courteous and professional - really what more could you want? Oh and their maintenance man Sam? did a good job at a fair price. Happy to recommend to one and all.

You are not just another tenant to them like so many other agents out there. They genuinely care about you and the property you are in.
Nothing is ever too much and they get back to you super speedy as well.
