FacebookDuring the tenancy, Tristrams regularly came to the property without giving us advance notice. When I challenged them on this and asked them to let us know, the guy on the phone said, 'it's effort though, isn't it?' They also handed out our personal numbers to contractors without telling us They seem to get consistently good reviews because they harrass people into reviewing before the tenancy has started, but they flagrantly break tenancy rules constantly Avoid them

GoogleMy family had a great experience with Talia's team and Tristram's. Always very clear with the process and the steps required and communication was always very clear. Talia went out of her way to make sure support was there even for items that may not be part of the scope and that was appreciated. Would strongly recommend.

I got speaking to Luke and after taking my details, he helped with my application, a few days later, he called to say that the landlord was pleased to proceed with my application. GoogleFantastic customer service. My wife and I needed to find a 6-month let quickly (in a week). We tried many of the high street agents and I have to say James, Lizzie and the team at Tristrams were excellent throughout. We cannot fault the service, whether its finding a suitable rented property, quick resolution of issues whilst you are renting or the process of leaving when its time to move-on. Trouble-free and highly recommended.

Googlewort Letting agency and agents i.ve ever deal with in 6 years..avoid if possible...very nice and polite at the beginning,but when you finish the contract and moved out they became very rude..and they make deposit deductions 3 weeks after you left the property ..and in top they fabricate the damages and put huge charges for nothing..300 £ for top door frame who was a bit scratched..general cleanjng...even the house was left in a very clean condition...3 bulbs..i think i made my point....
