Do not use this estate agent. They did not act in our interest and quite openly attempted to bully us into selling our property at well under the market value. We had a ridiculous offer, which they just expected us to take. Zero effort made to push the property after the offer.

I sold a property with William H Brown (Braintree branch), and I was exceptionally happy with their service. They found me a buyer swiftly, and although the first one fell through (not fault of theirs), they made sure I didn't wait long for another one. I was happy with the whole team, but who was the most exceptional was the sale progressor, Jenna Freemantle. Jenna went above and beyond with her professional and helpful service. She kept me posted and made sure all my queries were answered and dealt with swiftly. The sale of a property is a stressful process, but Jenna made us feel reassured, heard and prioritised. The team are helpful and professional, especially Warren who has been fantastic. The shining star is Jenna though. Ever since she joined things have moved along swiftly and she has been on the end of the phone everyday moving things through. Nothing but a positive experience with the letting team at William H Brown, in particular Jamie House and Miles Riley. We put our flat on the market on Saturday, had a very high quality tenant make an acceptable offer on the Monday afternoon and they moved in on Thursday. Cannot fault their professionalism as they had to work hard to get everything in place in three days and succeeded. Hats off. They will definitely be the first people we call next time.

I have just sold and brought a house through William H Brown in Braintree. The service I received from the off was excellent. James came out to value my property and he was very professional. They sold our property before it was even advertised on Rightmove for over the asking price! Warren has been a god send looking after me for the last few months. Jenna the sales progressor who only started at the beginning of this year familiarized herself with our file immediately and soon turned into our point of contact. She was very efficient and chased our buyers and solicitors daily to get it through in time before our mortgage offer expired. Jenna, from start to finish was on the ball and was always in contact with me. What should have been a positive experience was turned sour by the lack of effort from my solicitor. Jenna was always in contact and ensured I was kept up to date. She is very hardworking and persistent and without her help and assistance I’m sure I we would still be waiting. I cannot praise her enough; she made the process easier and ensured that my solicitor was doing what should be done within a timely manner. I do recommend opting for the solicitor that William Brown suggest. I believe that this would have made the process seamless, quicker, and better for all. Jenna is an asset to William Brown and should be treated as royalty!!
