Management Pack - No response

I sent an email on the 9th September asking for the payment details for my management pack where I am selling my property. I am still yet to have any reply although I have sent a chaser email as well as trying to call numerous times. When I call it puts me on hold for 20 mins and then cuts out each time. There is no way to get hold of this team and on a timely transaction is now holding up the sale of my property. All teams say they can not get hold of this team either. Please urgently help me to get payment details for this and the pack sent to me ahead of me going to press on the inefficient workings of the company. This is costing me both time and money and could risk me losing my buyer. If it comes to this as well as going to the press, I will seriously consider taking legal action against the company for the mental strain this is causing as well as financial strain.

I am keen to highlight Becky from the sales team, who was so wonderfully supportive during a situation caused by a third party, entirely unrelated to Peabody, that delayed exchange and completion on the flat that I have now moved into. Amazing service from start to end

I would just like to thank Kirstie and Joseph for their brilliant service as work throughout our whole sales process. They were very informative and quick to response with any concerns, queries or even system issues we had. I couldn’t recommend them enough. They are both very friendly and approachable which has always made us feel comfortable to reach out to them. Our completion was done just before the Easter holidays, and Joseph even went the extra mile by coming in on his day off to hand over to us to accommodate to our availability. That just shows their dedication and sincere-ship to their clients. After we moved in, we still had some queries/ issues, even thought it’s not their department to deal with it, they have still responded and guided us in the right direction and tried to take it upon them facilitate us with settling in.Thank you both once again😁

Reserved our plot early counted down the days!

Reserved our plot early, we had options and advice on what was included with each plot, such as kitchen colours garden facings and what other plots surrounding would be. The process of buying a house was quite stressful but thanks to Kirstie the process was clear and easy to follow.She supported the process with our solicitors and also Peabody’s.Could not fault the customer service we received.We have now moved in and the house is even better than the show home! Which we were able to visit as many times as we wanted to get ideas on the decor, measurements for blinds and just wonder around until we got our own! Would highly recommend purchasing with the team! Thank you Peabody, especially Deken and Sarah

Deken and Sarah made this whole experience positive for us. At first, Deken made sure we got a viewing slot as even though it was fully booked, one of the viewings cancelled and Deken let us know on short notice. Then we thought we hadn't been allocated our Shared Ownership property, but Sarah kept us in the loop and Deken kept us in mind and helped us through that initial disappointment. In the end the other buyers dropped out, we were allocated and ended up purchasing our flat which has quickly become our new home. We can't thank Deken and Sarah enough and we are so happy in our new home!

From a perspective of a new buyer, Peabody were very efficient and supportive, though of course I understand it is in their interest to be. Nevertheless, both Deken and Sarah were responsive, went out of their way to make the process go smoothly and so far, we are very satisfied with the build quality and the immediate after-sale service. All repairs and minor defects are being attended to quickly and comprehensively. That said, there are some issues with common areas (bins) that are shaping to be problematic, so I hope my five star review will be merited in the future too.

I'm still in the process as there have been some slight delays but Joseph Grant has been absolutely wonderful. He has been patient with all the questions I have and has been working extremely hard to help get updates on the process and answers to the questions I have asked. New Mansion Square - Marie great, Tracey bad

Recently purchased a flat at New Mansion Square and Marie was very polite, helpful and attentive whenever we had any questions. Naturally when you are part of a chain, moving homes is not always smooth. Tracey on the other hand was quite rude and was not nice to deal with at all. She was only interested in getting the information she needed out of us and never responded when we had questions for her. She was the only thing that soured our experience with Peabody.
