I cannot fault the service I have received from Peabody, as a first time buyer they have made this process extremely smooth.I cannot thank Kirstie enough for her amazing communication and hard work on chasing the relevant people. I have just exchanged on my first home and I feel like I wouldn’t have reached this stage so quickly if it hadn’t been for Kirstie’s help and hard work! Highly recommend to any of my other first time buyer friends or family members to go via Peabody in future. Recently purchased a flat at New Mansion Square and Marie was very polite, helpful and attentive whenever we had any questions. Naturally when you are part of a chain, moving homes is not always smooth. Tracey on the other hand was quite rude and was not nice to deal with at all. She was only interested in getting the information she needed out of us and never responded when we had questions for her. She was the only thing that soured our experience with Peabody.

She was constantly available and often with little warning; to allow us to view the flat on numerous occasions and provided valuable assistance and advice on all frontiers relating to our purchase. Without her relaying info to her corporate body and their solicitors, we would not have had such a smooth transition from viewing to sale in a such a short period. Words do not do her services justice and she is a credit to Peabody and the quality home they have provided with all the bells and whistles included. Tracey Harvey has been one of the most unpleasant people I ever dealt with, extremely rude, very bad attitude. She has a judgmental approach with absolutely no basis regarding my financial situation also considering that she had no clue what "dividends" means so that says a lot. This has caused me to do not pursue any further interest in the development as the process has been very unpleasant including being hanged up on during a call. DO NOT RECCOMEND!!!

Massive thank you to Kirstie at the Lanes who has been an absolute star throughout our whole house buying journey. We had a range of personal hurdles along the way and Kirstie was always available to advise and was very proactive when things needed following up or just simply providing information and reassurance. We’d also like to also thank Kirstie and the rest of the team for the transparency throughout this whole process. At no point did we ever felt led on or as though we were being given contradicting information. Everything from booking a house viewing to physically moving has been straightforward and we are now settled into our beautiful house which already feels like home! I've recently moved in to my new home at Newman place development and I was dealing with both Charli and Gabriella on a regular basis. The whole purchase process was very smooth and easy, very clear and regular communications with both ladies meant I was kept up to date at all times. Both were super friendly and very professional and patient with any questions I've had. My house was done to a high standard and any minors issues are fixed in a timely manner. I'd highly recommend Peabody new homes.

1.) Our contacts with Catalyst, and later Peabody New Homes, was through Charli Parsons and Gabriella M'Rabet. We award XXXXX to each for expertise, helpfulness, unfailing courtesy, and, in our case, service beyond the call of duty. They had to help us navigate the intricacies of officially gifting a sum of money to our disabled son's to purchase a share in the wheelchair accessible property he is moving into. 2.) We would love to award 5*s for the property itself, as it is beautiful, in an ideal setting, of high specification, and affordable. However, as accommodation for a wheelchair user, it lacks some insight. Access is perfect, all level inside, door widths are fine. However:a.) Most wheelchair users need a wet floor shower room, and low level washbasins. Before our son can move in, the perfect, beautiful bathroom will have to be destroyed and another one constructed. Huge expense for us and/or Oxford City Council. What a waste of resources and time!b. If he was able to cook for himself, as wheelchair users with normal hand function can, the kitchen would also need to be rebuilt; worktops/hob are at normal height.c. A small kitchen and larger living space would be much more wheelchair friendly, for ease of movement around and between furniture in a wheelchair. The kitchen is big enough for cooking for a large family!

The journey to buying a home can be daunting and overwhelming, with new things coming up everyday. A rollercoaster to say the least, but Kirstie @The Lanes has been amazing. She has been consistent with her accessibility, timeliness, fairness, honesty and support. She has answered all the questions I have had, checked in and been very patient with me throughout the whole process. It has lessened a lot of worry and anxiety. You want someone personable when you are making one of the biggest decisions in your life.
