Michaels have been fantastic

Michaels have been fantastic through the whole process.Aaron came to value our property and he was polite and direct without being pushy, we had several other agents over to value and after the meeting with each we did not hesitate to select Michaels to market our property.We had a lot of viewings and Charlotte or one of the team was available to greet the prospective buyers for each of them and plenty of notice was given.I would not hesitate to recommend Michaels (and have already done so to several friends and colleagues) we will certainly use them again when we come to sell our next property.We also use Michael's mortgage advisor and she was great.

Braintree Michael's are an amazing, professional and friendly team, recommend 100%

Michael's took on my mum's house at probably the worst time to sell a house in the last 20 years. They did it with fortitude, patience and perseverance. In fact it was their skills in saying 'if you liked that house can we show you another we think you'll also really like', that got us the sale. In these days of Zoopla and Rightmove I know people question the value of estate agents, but Michaels's earned every penny of this commission. Thoroughly recommend, and will use them when we sell our house. Thank you to the Michael's Braintree team, you did a super job

I sold my house using Michaels, it was the first time I’d ever sold a house so I was completely lost at to where to even start. I had seen how professional the staff were when selling other properties on my estate, and when I spoke to my neighbours about them I was only told positive stories.On making the enquiry about selling my house, they were professional with me and came out to value my house. The valuation was realistic and when I agreed the T&Cs which were competitive the house was listed. The photographs made my house look excellent, did I really want to sell on seeing them!! lol I had numerous viewings arranged over a weekend, the first couple that viewed it offered and Michaels worked hard on my behalf to maximise my best sale price. The sale progressed quickly and as promised, I was kept updated regularly and helped where needed at every stage.I won’t use another Estate agent after this experience! Can’t recommend highly enough!!

Brilliant company - Brilliant service

I had the pleasure of dealing mainly with Aaron, but I cannot miss out Stephen and Charlotte. The service and patience they all showed over the past 7 months has been phenomenal.
