GoogleThe team at Woods Estate Agents have been so incredibly helpful throughout our moving process. It is mine and my partners first time renting a house in England, Hannah, Jess, and many other people that we interacted with on the team were all super friendly and helpful, even if we had silly questions since everything was very new to us. They are very easy to contact, not to mention how quickly we managed to move in.
We were both surprised at how smooth everything went, but also fast- which was perfect for us! The team got back to us very quickly regarding the property we put an offer in for, and they were extremely efficient with any documents we needed to fill out. We managed to get the keys and move in soon after being accepted, this was possible due to the agency being so clear and very quick at responding to any questions or regarding any documents that needed to be filled out.
