We recently moved into our new property and had a genuinely positive experience with the agency. Hannah was incredibly helpful throughout the entire check-in process. She sent us a clear and detailed inventory report along with useful links to set up our utilities, which made everything much easier. We really appreciated being given time to review the report and add our own comments or photos. Communication has been excellent, Hannah responded quickly, kept us informed, and made sure any concerns we raised were passed on to the landlord straight away. Overall, the service has been professional, friendly, and efficient. Thank you for making our move-in process smooth and stress-free!

Woods letting agents in Bradley Stoke have managed my little rental in Bradley Stoke for many years. My previous tenants recently left after being wonderful tenants for around 5 years. Jessica, Julie and the team had new tenants in so quickly in a super efficient and professional way, it has gone through so smoothly. They arranged for a carpet cleaner to come super fast and after I went in to do some cleaning and some jobs the little house was looking great. I called to enquire about the house and Julie organised the viewing within hours and we had the paperwork for initial offer sorted before the end of the same day. I just rented a house through woods estate agents, and to be honest it was really a nice experience. I was new to this country and just walked in during my visit to ALDI. Everyone was so kind and helpful, they provided me all the information i needed, and didn't get frustrated with my lots of questions. I also have contacted other agencies but woods was the only one contacting me continuously about the options available, others didn't even bother to inform themselves, i had to contact them again and again.
