As an immigrant to a new environment, finding a place to stay is never an easy thing. I had some bad experiences during my search, until I started my conversation with Julie. Julie had expressed her empathy and was really putting effort to discuss with myself and the landlord to reach the agreement. During the process, she had shown her patient, empathy, and professionalism. Not to mention her prompt response for my silly questions as a new comer, but also the status update on the negotiation, which comforts a lot of my nervous. If I have to rent or buy a property in the future, Julie is definitely the first person that I think of. Myself and my girlfriend would like to say a massive thank you to Jess who has helped us go through the whole process of finding the right property to rent. As two university students, it has been extremely difficult to find estate agents that would help us find rented property that is not student shared housing. I've been using Woods letting management service for over 10 years and would highly recommend them. They have just re-let my property after organising re-decoration of the whole house. I'm very pleased with how they arranged this, kept me updated on progress and the outcome. Not living nearby, I've been reliant on Woods to manage all aspects of the letting, which they have done to my satisfaction. I feel confident in their ability to manage everything in my absence. 2025 Update: My 5 stars still holds. I've just had a new tenant changover and lots of maintenance issues which have all been dealt with very well indeed. I would recommend their Landlord full cover if you want total peace of mind.

Do not use if you are a renter who wants their deposit back in an acceptable time frame. Despite my landlord agreeing that all money should be returned. The deposit team have ignored all instructions and failed to return the money. Inept or incompetent, probably both.
