GoogleArranged an appointment for a letting and was given the time of 11:30. Got reminded the day before that appointment was 11:30, got called on the day at 11:15 to be told in no uncertain terms that my appointment was at 11:15. Told the girl I was on my way and when I arrived at the property i was left ghosted. I then called the girl on her mobile number and my call was not answered.
It was a very hot day, lf I'm trying to make an excuse for them, but in truth they don't really care. I would give less than 1 star if I could.
- They replied:
she could not hang around, so why not tell me she was not intending to wait & how about the subsequent call on her mobile, which was not answered, and no call back ?

AK we are very sorry for this and obviously it is a breakdown in communication and we will look into it.
We have spoken to our rental team and they had it confirmed for 11.15 and our viewer could not wait around too long as she had other appointments to attend so we apologise for any time wasted.

We had a very long and difficult legal process to complete the sale and purchase of our new home which Robert Watts really tried to do everything they could in communicating with the solicitors for each party to achieve a successful completion. I must give a special mention to Clare who took countless calls from myself and responded to my emails with a real genuine effort to help whenever she could even if I may have been pestering for updates on a regular basis. recieved from Robert Watts. We have delt with both the rental and sales side and cannot fault either. Gill on the rental side was brilliant, she always kept us in the loop with things and would deal with our any issues we had. She was always super friendly and really professional. We felt like nothing was ever a problem and would be dealt with in a quick and professional manner.
When we came to sell our property we dealt with Carly who was brilliant. She would always send us a courtesy email or call to keep us in the loop with the progress of the sale and would offer help and advice if we were unsure. From the beginning to the end of the sale we felt like our house sale was in good hands and Carly could not have done anything more. Friendly, professional and trustworthy service and we cannot thank Carly and the rest of the team enough for the great service we recieved.

GoogleHaving just used Robert Watts to sell our late mother’s house, we can only praise their extremely efficient and helpful service. Carly was continually in touch with updates and liaised successfully with the buyer on numerous occasions. The main reason we chose their services as opposed to an online company was to ensure that the sale was handled personally, with viewings when required, and in this respect they did not disappoint. There were plenty of prospective buyers who made appointments to view the property so that a sale was confirmed in a very short time. All in all we can highly recommend this estate agent!

I would highly recommend Robert Watts, Highfield Branch, to any seller.
James Hart (Manager at Robert Watts), gave me an honest and reliable appraisal of my property. The valuation and predicted sale price were exactly what was achieved in the sale.
My property was placed on the market at the beginning of July 2015 and there were numerous viewings that resulted in an offer at the end of August 2015.
Although the completion date was delayed, this was due to solicitor wrangling and was not through lack of effort from Robert Watts as they regularly chased up both solicitors.
That said, from sale board going up to completion date was 5 months which I believe is a great result.
Pam, at Robert Watts, kept me fully informed and was a pleasure to work with.
The only reason I did not give an "Excellent" rating is that, I believe, there is always room for improvement in whatever we do.
