Excellent service all round. Starting with a detailed and realistic valuation followed by a steady stream of interested viewers. Offers were made quickly and realistically and we were kept up date on a regular basis even after the sale was agreed by the excellent Nicola Astley who helped us complete a smooth and hassle free sale. The entire process was handled in a very professional manner from start to finish and we felt that we were being looked after by very experienced staff who really cared about providing us with best experience possible.

I would highly recommend Robert Watts, Highfield Branch, to any seller.
James Hart (Manager at Robert Watts), gave me an honest and reliable appraisal of my property. The valuation and predicted sale price were exactly what was achieved in the sale.
My property was placed on the market at the beginning of July 2015 and there were numerous viewings that resulted in an offer at the end of August 2015.
Although the completion date was delayed, this was due to solicitor wrangling and was not through lack of effort from Robert Watts as they regularly chased up both solicitors.
That said, from sale board going up to completion date was 5 months which I believe is a great result.
Pam, at Robert Watts, kept me fully informed and was a pleasure to work with.
The only reason I did not give an "Excellent" rating is that, I believe, there is always room for improvement in whatever we do.

Only downside is they have a lot of properties on their books so from a marketing point of view when potential buyers called through to the branch the staff have hundreds of properties to potentially sell. Friendly service. Average photos and descriptions of property.
