GoogleMitchell at Sears Bracknell was a positive, helpful representative. He was positive about his offerings, honest and knowlageable, about both the area, facilities. He did exactly what you would want as a buyer or seller. Although unsucessful in finding a property for us this time, he showed us the most properties, and those most likley to have been successful.

GoogleI switched to use Sears Property for a couple of years. They provides very good service all round -- from finding reliable tenants to tenant leaving. They work very hard to provide good communications and update us regularly. They find tenants quickly who pay reasonable rent. They check tenants background and credit rate. They draft contracts with all details. Everything has been done professionally. Their fees are reasonable in respect of how hard they work.

GoogleDespite the issues we had with our buyers solicitor, Oliver and Virginia were constantly trying to resolve these for us. They have bene fantastic through this whole process and I cannot recommend them enough. When we do sell again we till not think twice but to use Sears again, They became my go to people on a daily basis. Very professional, friendly and always there for support.

GoogleWas misled by seller when purchased house through Sears. Purchased house in Bracknell knowing that will have drop kerb done and driveway build, as they assured me in that when viewed the house, and have put that information in description on Zoopla. Realised that this is impossible only when moved in and had application declined by council as there is insufficient space in front of the house. Very disappointed, I never would have bought this house without driveway or garage. Be careful and check everything that’s in description.

As a company we take great pride in providing our award winning service to all of our clients, we don’t like to see or hear of any unhappy experiences and will always do everything in our power to provide a satisfactory outcome. As discussed on the phone, we hope you can appreciate that we are not at fault here. We can only go by the information we received from our client who was selling the property. Our client informed us that planning permission had been applied for to drop the curb, which was also confirmed to yourself in person on your second viewing. As estate agents we can only relay this information on to potential purchasers as instructed by our clients. Ultimately your solicitor should have double checked this, we didn’t have any physical evidence, only that we had been informed and had no reason to doubt our client. Throughout the sales transaction we worked incredibly hard to assist you in your move and handled every aspect in a professional manner. We find the review to be unjust and unfair as we are not to blame for this situation, we would never knowingly misinform a potential buyer as this goes against the core ethos of our business. From everyone at Sears Property, we wish you all the best for the future.
