GoogleDishonest and unprofessional Tried to rent a flat through Sears dealing with David Ramon...what a joke...argumentative and unhelpful,pushy and not always truthful...will also be contacting the ombudsmen to report them..told me they were award winning for this year as well as last...funny both awards say 2016.. Time wasters!!! Now I'm not interested in renting from them they can't even reply to my emails about my legal documents. Had to give them one star or it wouldn't let me post this review!!!!

GoogleEmma, Dan and Colin thank you! I sold my flat on jennets park through Sears. Originally I chose the cheapest estate agent but what a mistake that was. I then moved to Sears and they regained my confidence in estate agents. They were considerate of the fact I have a baby so they were super helpful when arranging viewings. They know JP so well and I found them to be honest and friendly. They sold my flat in brilliant time and made helped to make the process seamless from the point of offer. And more importantly they got asking price for me. Thanks guys!!

They were patient and they understood our situation regarding my wife's visa and referencing so a huge thank you to Ms. Leona Garland and Mr. Andrew Linfoot. GoogleReally bad post-sale experience. Zero responses to emails, which means having to constantly chase on the phone - such a pain when busy with work and other things to have to try to pin down your EA constantly when all you want is a return email. We’ve asked for months for a sense of the lead time for when our buyer might be able to complete, and never been given an answer. At every stage we’ve had to really push to get the smallest amount of information. Nothing is ever asked for proactively without us pushing it, even months into the process. By comparison, our vendor’s EA is absolutely incredible and so responsive - we do everything via her now because she’s the only one that brings clarity, communicates (and responds to emails!) and gets us updates. We really trust her and we simply don’t have that relationship with Sears, even after raising a complaint after month one about how things were going. Great at sales, but could not recommend at all due to the pain of the post sales experience. Feels like a total waste of money, especially when contrasting with our vendor’s EA.

Daniel and Hugo have both been super attentive, thorough and honest when providing feedback and guidance - hugely valuable.
