GoogleAmanda Jenkins helped me to complete the required procedures smoothly for letting a property at Bracknell. She is very knowledgable and always answers my questions with constructive answers. She has followed up with me closely throughout the process to ensure I could have a smooth move-in. She also helped to address an issue with the boiler quickly to ensure the issue would receive the right attention from the relevant parties. GoogleThomas, Daniel and Hugo from Jennetts Park branch did an outstanding job with letting our property by securing a dozen viewings, multiple offers above asking price, and checking in our new tenant within just 2 weeks! Genuinely friendly and honest, Thomas and Daniel provided considered and expert advice on both property valuations and lettings without ever giving us the hard sell. Their knowledge of the area and customer base together with the strategic advantage of having offices in both the Jennetts Park area and Bracknell town centre helped convinced us to put our faith in the Sears team. Sears also provided great customer service. Despite being innundated with enquiries, we have always found the Sears team to be responsive to issues and would get back to you to address your concerns if they couldn't do so immediately. We hope to continue using Sears for years to come and would recommend them in a heart beat.

GoogleAs someone looking to move into Jennett's Park specifically, I couldn't have asked for a better team than Daniel Riches and Thomas at Jennetts Park Sears. They were very knowledgeable about the development, were quick to get in touch and proactive with their communications which led to a highly satisfactory experience and accepted offer in a matter of weeks. If you are trying to move into the area look no further for an estate agent!

GoogleUnprofessional, rude and pushy staff. My partner and I are searching for a property to rent in the surrounding area, and have had by far the worst experience with sears and the representative Michael. There are several agencies we have spoken with and they were mostly all polite and not pushy. Unfortunately Michael wasn't very helpful when we were trying to arrange a time that wasn't convenient for himself and was very pushy after saying that it would be rented already if we viewed at the time good us. When the time came around for us to view, he was very impolite and unwelcoming, didn't bother to show us round the place, made sarcastic comments and just said bye as we let ourselves out. Extremely unprofessional, I would never want to deal with him again.NegativeProfessionalism

I appointed Sears to help sell my flat, having had some bad experiences with several other (big name and local) agents. I wish I'd used them sooner! Through thick and thin (an election, Brexit and Covid), Robert Franklin and Chris Feedam have been determined to find me a buyer and provided reassurance and advice throughout. The team have been fantastic - incredibly friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and (unlike many other agents) kept me fully updated on progress. GoogleI'm a landlord and mostly engage with Amanda who manages the flat I let. I have being with Sears for 8 years now and find them efficient, professional and easy to engage with. They provide solutions to problems which is always useful especially if you don't live in the area of the property. I prefer them to manage the tenancy as it means the tenant gets a good service as they respond very quickly. During the 8 years, they have also managed to let the property with limited downtime which is great. The sales team are very pro-active, they work hard by making sure the tenant and property match.
