We've used Sears twice to sell properties in the last 5 years and on both occasions - they've sold in less than a week! Any questions we've had, they've been at the end of the phone and they've worked tirelessly to keep us informed throughout the whole process. I wouldn't use any other estate agent in Bracknell! GoogleAs an international landlord from Bracknell originally, Sears have been absolutely excellent for me. Their service provided in fully managing my property is second to none. They've answered any questions I've had and always been at the end of the phone when needed (Timezone permitting). Deserve this five star review as Amanda has just renewed the tenants lease for another year and I know not just my house but that the tenants are in good hands with Sears as their local contact. GoogleMy wife and I sold, bought and used conveyancing through Sears. Professional from the start, all members of the team (particularly our main contacts of Robert & Virginia) always did what they said they would, when they said they would and without error or issue. This was particularly important following the agreement of sale and purchase, which is when the stress can really being. Use these agents and their offerings and don\'t fall foul of other option that make seem cheaper. The team were fair and honest throughout, unlike some of the other agents from other companies we experienced. A great choice, and glad we went with them.
