GoogleWorst ever property agent I had to deal with. They will sell you anything ‘bundle of lies’ to get that commission over a deal. They will not email you a response and when you contact them over the phone they will tell you bundle of lies to later go back on their words because there is no proof of that call record. Please kindly avoid ! Thanks

GoogleWe were having a restricted amount of time and quite fussy requirements about our move when getting in touch with Sears. We met Adam R. who was the most helpful and also the most proactive finding us our next home, keeping a very close eye on our listed needs which I can't tell about other agents we dealt with. Our paperwork has been handled by Amanda J. who was exceptionally prompt and helped a ton ironing out the details of our contract. We are very thankful to both of them!

GoogleCant highly recommend Sears as an Estate Agent, I am gutted I didn't go with them in the first instance and spent nearly 6 months with another agent and lost out on a house we fell in love with. Robert, was very professional throughout the whole process, not once did he pressure me into selling my house, but just laid out all the options I had. - once switching to Sears it took them around 2 weeks to sell our house! I will most definitely be using them again and recommending them to everyone around!

I want to single out their property management team. I have been working with them for several months now and on every occasion they have been outstanding. Paige, Rebecca and their outstanding new member of the Sears team Charlie Khalil epitomise the high standards Sears set themselves. Well done Sears and keep up the good work.

We contacted Oliver initially based on positive online reviews, and couldn’t have been more satisfied with the whole process. We knew letting the property is not easy , based on the levels of competitiveness, Oliver gave us excellent guidance. Property appeared in Rightmove with in hours of contract signed and the propective tenants were lined up. Sam of Sears, kept me updated throughout. There will be an email confirming the Apointment, followed by a Text message. Next day, I get a call from Sam to give us the feedback. Never missed even one time. Fantastic !!! I found both Oliver ans Sam as very knowledgeable, responsive to all of our requests and questions. I must admit Sears exceeded my expectations in every level. After the tenanct found, I was introduced to Rebecca to complete the process and again she kept us updated We would strongly recommend Sears Bracknell.

He is the first to phone me to tell me about properties and set up viewings even before they’re out to advert in every effort to help us find the perfect home. Nothing is too much trouble and no question too difficult for Josh to answer. His relaxed and warm manner make the viewings a really positive experience.

GoogleFirst time selling a house and Josh from Sears has been excellent at guiding me through. Also recommended me the house I’ve now purchased that I’d somehow missed in my property search, and was instrumental in navigating the competition in our chain to ensure we got what we wanted. Would definitely deal with Sears again - you pay for what you get and I’ve no doubt I’d not be in this position if I’d used an online estate agent.

GoogleI vetted 5 different local estate agents as it was really important to get the best price and service to match. The majority just agreed with what we wanted - however did not particularly say exactly the extent they would go to market our home. Sears stood out immediately, by explaining in detail what they would do and were flexible when it came to negotiate costs. I was most impressed by Oliver Hewitt- the sales manager who leads an extraordinary hard working team. He was true to his word and maximised the sale of our home in every way possible. The sales team were always punctual with their clients and gave feedback after each viewing. More importantly, they were very respectful of our home and our needs. We had a pet that was recovering from surgery and needed to be kept indoors. They managed this perfectly. Our pet has made a full recovery! Their fees are slightly more than other estate agents, however with a number of options to mitigate this. Overall worth every penny. Sears is clearly invested in the local community and finding the right fit for sellers and buyers alike. Yes, this is a business after all - one that I would recommend and return to in a flash.
