GoogleChris was quick to contact me on a viewing that he was unable to attend. Also suggested properties once they came onto market that could be of interest to me. Very helpful in answering my questions and one that he did not know got back to me via text message within 30mins of us parting.

GoogleExcellent service so far from Wiktoria and the team. Have moved the property we’ve had an offer accepted on as “under offer” even though our mortgage application hasn’t started, so taken away fear of gazumping. Really fast communication with the sellers.

GoogleEmma, Dan and Colin thank you! I sold my flat on jennets park through Sears. Originally I chose the cheapest estate agent but what a mistake that was. I then moved to Sears and they regained my confidence in estate agents. They were considerate of the fact I have a baby so they were super helpful when arranging viewings. They know JP so well and I found them to be honest and friendly. They sold my flat in brilliant time and made helped to make the process seamless from the point of offer. And more importantly they got asking price for me. Thanks guys!!

GoogleReally bad post-sale experience. Zero responses to emails, which means having to constantly chase on the phone - such a pain when busy with work and other things to have to try to pin down your EA constantly when all you want is a return email. We’ve asked for months for a sense of the lead time for when our buyer might be able to complete, and never been given an answer. At every stage we’ve had to really push to get the smallest amount of information. Nothing is ever asked for proactively without us pushing it, even months into the process. By comparison, our vendor’s EA is absolutely incredible and so responsive - we do everything via her now because she’s the only one that brings clarity, communicates (and responds to emails!) and gets us updates. We really trust her and we simply don’t have that relationship with Sears, even after raising a complaint after month one about how things were going. Great at sales, but could not recommend at all due to the pain of the post sales experience. Feels like a total waste of money, especially when contrasting with our vendor’s EA.
