GoogleSears and the team in Bracknell were super efficient from the first contact with them regarding a viewing of a rental property through to the associated administration for the setting up of the rental agreement. Compared to other agents I spoke to, Sears were very customer focused and responsive.

GoogleWe ended up with a house so that's a good thing. It all went very quiet but we felt a little rushed into a completion date where our notice period wasn't taken into account. However, Virginia was good at keeping us as informed as she could and is great at chasing solicitors!

She has followed up with me closely throughout the process to ensure I could have a smooth move-in. I appointed Sears to help sell my flat, having had some bad experiences with several other (big name and local) agents. I wish I'd used them sooner! Through thick and thin (an election, Brexit and Covid), Robert Franklin and Chris Feedam have been determined to find me a buyer and provided reassurance and advice throughout. The team have been fantastic - incredibly friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and (unlike many other agents) kept me fully updated on progress. GoogleThomas, Daniel and Hugo from Jennetts Park branch did an outstanding job with letting our property by securing a dozen viewings, multiple offers above asking price, and checking in our new tenant within just 2 weeks! Genuinely friendly and honest, Thomas and Daniel provided considered and expert advice on both property valuations and lettings without ever giving us the hard sell. Their knowledge of the area and customer base together with the strategic advantage of having offices in both the Jennetts Park area and Bracknell town centre helped convinced us to put our faith in the Sears team. Sears also provided great customer service. Despite being innundated with enquiries, we have always found the Sears team to be responsive to issues and would get back to you to address your concerns if they couldn't do so immediately. We hope to continue using Sears for years to come and would recommend them in a heart beat.
