GoogleCouldn’t have asked for a better service for getting the right tenant to rent my flat and helping make the whole process as smooth as possible. All staff are friendly and proven to genuinely want to get you the best possible outcome to both renting and selling. GoogleI'm a landlord and mostly engage with Amanda who manages the flat I let. I have being with Sears for 8 years now and find them efficient, professional and easy to engage with. They provide solutions to problems which is always useful especially if you don't live in the area of the property. I prefer them to manage the tenancy as it means the tenant gets a good service as they respond very quickly. During the 8 years, they have also managed to let the property with limited downtime which is great. The sales team are very pro-active, they work hard by making sure the tenant and property match. As a landlord, purchasing a buy to let in the area, they went the extra mile to listen & discuss our lettings requirements, had a great knowledge of the area and an impressive understanding of the merits of different properties within the estate. With their local expertise, they were able to give a reliable and accurate picture of the local market. When our purchase fell through, they harnessed all manpower to attempt to find us another property at very short notice and during lockdown. An efficient, reliable and professional team.

GoogleI have mainly been dealing with Daniel at Sears and I can hand on heart say he has blown us away. We are currently trying to buy our first property and I truly mean it when I saw Daniel has gone above and beyond to help us buy out first property. He rings us with necessary updates throughout the day and keeps us informed. With some estate agents you can feel like your being harassed however we have never found that with Sears, they are friendly, informative, hard working and the only estate agents I genuinely don’t mind answering the phone to!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

We've used Sears twice to sell properties in the last 5 years and on both occasions - they've sold in less than a week! Any questions we've had, they've been at the end of the phone and they've worked tirelessly to keep us informed throughout the whole process. I wouldn't use any other estate agent in Bracknell! GoogleWas misled by seller when purchased house through Sears. Purchased house in Bracknell knowing that will have drop kerb done and driveway build, as they assured me in that when viewed the house, and have put that information in description on Zoopla. Realised that this is impossible only when moved in and had application declined by council as there is insufficient space in front of the house. Very disappointed, I never would have bought this house without driveway or garage. Be careful and check everything that’s in description.
