They've answered any questions I've had and always been at the end of the phone when needed (Timezone permitting). GoogleMy wife and I sold, bought and used conveyancing through Sears. Professional from the start, all members of the team (particularly our main contacts of Robert & Virginia) always did what they said they would, when they said they would and without error or issue. This was particularly important following the agreement of sale and purchase, which is when the stress can really being. Use these agents and their offerings and don\'t fall foul of other option that make seem cheaper. The team were fair and honest throughout, unlike some of the other agents from other companies we experienced. A great choice, and glad we went with them.

GoogleCant highly recommend Sears as an Estate Agent, I am gutted I didn't go with them in the first instance and spent nearly 6 months with another agent and lost out on a house we fell in love with. Robert, was very professional throughout the whole process, not once did he pressure me into selling my house, but just laid out all the options I had. - once switching to Sears it took them around 2 weeks to sell our house! I will most definitely be using them again and recommending them to everyone around!

GoogleWe were having a restricted amount of time and quite fussy requirements about our move when getting in touch with Sears. We met Adam R. who was the most helpful and also the most proactive finding us our next home, keeping a very close eye on our listed needs which I can't tell about other agents we dealt with. Our paperwork has been handled by Amanda J. who was exceptionally prompt and helped a ton ironing out the details of our contract. We are very thankful to both of them!
