I’ve had a great experience working with Jake Tippet from Sears! I wanted to say thank you for the way this situation with boiler replacement was handled! Completed today on Friday 27.03. 2026 First of all, I really appreciate your quick response, clear coordination and overall management of the process. From the initial issue through to the final resolution, everything was organised efficiently, and that made a real difference! Great example of Leading! Please also pass on my thanks to the landlords. I genuinely appreciate how quickly they approved the replacement of the boiler and agreed to proceed without delays. That decision helped resolve the situation much faster! I would also like to thank Bill from Thames Flame today. The installation was done professionally, efficiently, and very cleanly, and everything was properly set up and tested. It’s clear he takes pride in his work. My respect! Most importantly, the heating is now fully restored, and the house is warm again. Please accept my thanks both personally and on behalf of Microsoft. And I would appreciate if you could pass my separate thanks again to the landlords.

Highly recommend! Most professional agents I have come across! I enquired about a property for sale a few weeks ago and was answered by Wiktoria of the Bracknell branch. Buying a house can be stressful. My journey with sears started in August when I made my offer and will complete on the 18th this month. Being in a big chain, brought some challenges emotionally. Colin, Daniel and especially Charlotte have empathise, help, support and even had broad shoulders when I was loosing faith in the process (I apologise for that). Charlotte was there all the way through the journey. When I was ready to walk out, Charlotte managed to say the right words and managed to negotiate with the chain a way to finally enable the exchange. I really didn’t think I was going to make it to the finishing line due to stress and financial impact but we did it and I’m super grateful for all the work Sears did. The biggest thank you to Charlotte, Colin and Daniel.
