The team at Sears have been an absolute delight to work with in the process of selling our house and come HIGHLY recommended This was a really stressful process from our side due to previous experiences with other agents but with the help of Rob and Cameron we have now find our buyer and are very excited to move house. Everything about Sears stands out MILES above the competition (and we had also tried them all - no names mentioned) but the experience elsewhere was beyond awful. Rob (Manager) leads a great team, he is extremely knowledgeable in regards to property and extremely friendly and helpful to work with. The industry insight / trends, reassurance, open and honest advice and help in negotiation is something we will always be extremely grateful for. If you are on the fence about who to help sell your home then look no further… and this is coming from a professional couple who tried all of the other agents around the Bracknell area. We went to view a property that Daniel showed us, but it wasn’t for us, in response to our enquiry. He said he’d let us know if anything more to our liking came up. Next week he called to say there was an opportunity to see something he’d just taken on and thought it would be perfect for us. Talk about ticking all the boxes! Daniel had listened to what we wanted, was able to see what was important to us and found us the perfect place for us. In our experience estate agents say they’ll keep you in mind but actually just send you loads of properties, just sending everything on their stock list, without filtering out ones they know you won’t like. Daniel made sure that he didn’t waste our time, we’re busy people, and only asked us to view what he knew was right for us. Great guy to do business with, who knows his area and takes time to know his buyers and vendors. 5 stars!

I tried to purchase my first property through Sears, and I hope I never have another experience like it. First of all they did nothing to get my sale moving for three months, despite me chasing them. I even had one response from my liaison at Sears two months in that said “Could you confirm which property you are purchasing?”. Eventually, things got moving but this experience did not improve matters. The branch manager from there on became highly unprofessional and at times bordered on harassment of myself, my legal team and even my broker involving himself in legal matters that were beyond his remit. Finally, when the sale fell through due to legal complications they didn’t even have the common courtesy to inform me that they would be relisting the property or that the seller would be doing so. I won’t look at any more properties that are being sold by this agent.
