GoogleHaving previously rented through another local agent, we have found Sears to be 100% better from day one. I am also a Landlord of 3 other properties out of area, but if my properties were in Berkshire then I would most definitely choose Sears to manage them. Most recently we had our 6th monthly inspection done by Jake Tippett and found him friendly, helpful and very courteous. He carried out the inspection in a professional manner. We found it much more reassuring that the agents carried out the inspection themselves rather than employing a 3rd party.

GoogleI am super happy with Sears Property. Leona and Andy helped us to put our apartment on the market and they were extremely helpful through the process. It was very fast and efficient, and we found a tenant within a very short period of time. Living outside of UK, I thought letting our apartment would be a hazzle, but it was very smooth, from initial contact until all documents signed and the tenant moved in. I would recommend Sears Property 10 times out of 10.

We were never quite sure when\if we'd move and Rob kept in touch across the years (patiently) sharing market updates and ensuring that when we did find the right house to move to (we have very specific requirements) we had all the knowledge we needed to move quickly to market and sell our house. Despite our vendor wanting us to use their agent I had no hesitation in stipulating we'd use Rob and the team. The relationship and trust is critical. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Rob and Cameron and the team at Sears.

Sears team, and particularly Amanda Jenkins, have been fantastic throughout our tenancy, providing resolution to little issues with the house almost immediately, always being available to support. GoogleWhat really sold Sears to us was how friendly and professional they were. We worked with Robert Franklin to set the sale of our property up, and we loved his honesty and clear deep knowledge of property in the local area specifically. Cameron Wakefield did viewings for us, and again I was really impressed by his professionalism and friendly and polite manner. All in all a really lovely team to deal with, and have made a stressful process (buying and selling houses!) more smooth and pleasant.

From the first time we spoke, she was incredibly friendly and understanding of my situation. She answered all my questions and was very patient with me as I asked her to explain things multiple times. Yasmin was incredibly supportive throughout the process, sending me suitable options for my needs. She had a great knowledge of the local area and was able to give me valuable advice. She also took the time to explain all the paperwork and contracts to me in detail, so I was confident that I understood the terms and conditions. Overall Yasmin was a great support, and I would highly recommend her services. She was professional, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile.
