Daniel was very responsive and customer oriented. He gave us some tips and tricks and sent our offer straight away to the landlord after explaining everything and we are so happy we found our home.He gave us the greatest news and he was getting excited with us for it.This showed us he is really involved and does what his best to meet client's expectations and guide them throughout every step. Martin was very open, sociable and paying attention to all our questions in order to ensure he responds to every single one of them. When it came to selling our house I was recommended Oliver Hewitt at Sears by a work colleague. We felt comfortable from the moment we met him and had confidence that he'd get the best possible price for our house which he did. He sold our house above our expectations, and kept us well informed throughout. During the transaction we dealt with Virginia Ayres who again was really friendly and helpful, she made the whole process stress free and picked up the phone straight away whenever we had any queries. We have since found a house with loads of amazing gadgets & extras which we instantly fell in love with which Oliver had passed onto us. Without him I don't think we would have been able to find the house before it'd sold, and also without achieving top money on our house we couldn't have afforded it. So massive thanks to Oliver & his team we've dealt with, would fully recommend.

Excellent service from day one. Joshua contacted me when a property came onto the market that he thought would match my parents criteria. It was a great house and my parents have gone on to have their offer accepted so we are really happy. Joshua worked overtime on a Sunday so we could view the property at a time that was convenient for us and he was brilliant at keeping me informed of what was happening and the vendors situation. We never had to chase Joshua for any information and he was very supportive with helping us navigate through the process of buying a house. Robert Franklin was my initial point of contact and once an offer was made on the property, I began communicating with Virginia Ayres. Both of these people are exceptional in that they provide an exceptional service. Robert was easy going, friendly, patient, helpful, extremely pleasant and addressed all of my queries regarding the contract, the fees, the property etc., patiently. He is a great estate agent. And Virginia is worth her weight in gold in that she handles the sale progression side of things admirably. You can 100% rely on her to keep her word - if she tells you that she will call you back, she does. She got back to me on every single query that I had, I never ever had to chase her for a follow up response, etc. She liaised with the buyer, with me (the seller), and with the solicitors to ensure that the sale was progressing right till the very end. I also thank the Sears team (Sam and Jacob Holt) for conducting viewings at the property. And I am deeply appreciative of Robert and Virginia's excellent service to me. Thank you very much.

I have had the pleasure of working with Joshua Holt in searching for my first house recently and found Sears to be an extremely professional and honest estate agent to work with. They have been a breath of fresh air compared to all the other yes-men I have met searching for properties, estate agents who always seem to agree with your opinion. Josh was very frank and gave me his true opinions of each location and helped me in narrowing down my choice into the perfect flat. He provided visibility into nearby schools, shopping centres, transportation routes, gyms, recreational facilities, local pubs and even tailored my house to the fact I have a dog! Couldn’t recommend Sears and especially Josh highly enough, keep up the great work!
