GoogleWorst ever property agent I had to deal with. They will sell you anything ‘bundle of lies’ to get that commission over a deal. They will not email you a response and when you contact them over the phone they will tell you bundle of lies to later go back on their words because there is no proof of that call record. Please kindly avoid ! Thanks

GoogleFrom the first contact we had from Chris Feedam which was very prompt and gave us a great first impression, the communication from the team has been exceptional walking us through a process we last did over 17 years ago. Very professional and considerate viewings were conducted. After the initial contact with Chris, Charles Allan walked us through the process with a friendly professional approach. GoogleWhilst trying to find our forever home Josh Milam of Sears has been a great help. He is the first to phone me to tell me about properties and set up viewings even before they’re out to advert in every effort to help us find the perfect home. Nothing is too much trouble and no question too difficult for Josh to answer. His relaxed and warm manner make the viewings a really positive experience.

GoogleExcellent service and professionalism. Well Done Sears Bracknell !!! We contacted Oliver initially based on positive online reviews, and couldn’t have been more satisfied with the whole process. We knew letting the property is not easy , based on the levels of competitiveness, Oliver gave us excellent guidance. Property appeared in Rightmove with in hours of contract signed and the propective tenants were lined up. Sam of Sears, kept me updated throughout. There will be an email confirming the Apointment, followed by a Text message. Next day, I get a call from Sam to give us the feedback. Never missed even one time. Fantastic !!! I found both Oliver ans Sam as very knowledgeable, responsive to all of our requests and questions. I must admit Sears exceeded my expectations in every level. After the tenanct found, I was introduced to Rebecca to complete the process and again she kept us updated We would strongly recommend Sears Bracknell.

I want to single out their property management team. I have been working with them for several months now and on every occasion they have been outstanding. Paige, Rebecca and their outstanding new member of the Sears team Charlie Khalil epitomise the high standards Sears set themselves. Well done Sears and keep up the good work.

GoogleI vetted 5 different local estate agents as it was really important to get the best price and service to match. The majority just agreed with what we wanted - however did not particularly say exactly the extent they would go to market our home. Sears stood out immediately, by explaining in detail what they would do and were flexible when it came to negotiate costs. I was most impressed by Oliver Hewitt- the sales manager who leads an extraordinary hard working team. He was true to his word and maximised the sale of our home in every way possible. The sales team were always punctual with their clients and gave feedback after each viewing. More importantly, they were very respectful of our home and our needs. We had a pet that was recovering from surgery and needed to be kept indoors. They managed this perfectly. Our pet has made a full recovery! Their fees are slightly more than other estate agents, however with a number of options to mitigate this. Overall worth every penny. Sears is clearly invested in the local community and finding the right fit for sellers and buyers alike. Yes, this is a business after all - one that I would recommend and return to in a flash.

GoogleFirst time selling a house and Josh from Sears has been excellent at guiding me through. Also recommended me the house I’ve now purchased that I’d somehow missed in my property search, and was instrumental in navigating the competition in our chain to ensure we got what we wanted. Would definitely deal with Sears again - you pay for what you get and I’ve no doubt I’d not be in this position if I’d used an online estate agent.

GoogleDishonest and unprofessional Tried to rent a flat through Sears dealing with David Ramon...what a joke...argumentative and unhelpful,pushy and not always truthful...will also be contacting the ombudsmen to report them..told me they were award winning for this year as well as last...funny both awards say 2016.. Time wasters!!! Now I'm not interested in renting from them they can't even reply to my emails about my legal documents. Had to give them one star or it wouldn't let me post this review!!!!

GoogleI have used Sears Bracknell office for over three years to find then check the suitability of prospective tenants for my investment property. The services I use are collection of the first month’s rent, the security deposit and the check Out Fee together with the production of the Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement. The person I buy from who understands my need and has gained my trust is David Ramon. I highly recommend this man and the team he leads within Sears property rental business.

GoogleWe've only been with Sears Property for a couple of months and they are fast becoming our favorite clients. As contractors, we are at the bottom of the property maintenance food chain, but dealing with Liz Way and Wendy Howlett on a daily basis is an absolute pleasure. If they are this friendly, helpful and professional to us contractors, imagine how well they treat their paying clients. Looking over all the reviews and 5-star ratings they already have, I can see that landlords and tenants are in good hands.

GoogleI have recently completed on a house sale with Sears for the second time. Rob came out to the house for the initial meeting, he's very knowledgeable and professional and give you confidence in the work they do. Once our house was on the market, the team were in regular contact arranging viewings and providing feedback, I could always reach them if needed. We had an issue during the later stages which was rectified satisfactorily which is often the mark of a good company. The stand out service was post sale from Virginia. We had a small chain but a tight deadline, her support and guidance through that time was invaluable and I'm very grateful for all of her help. One day, should we move again, Sears would be my first port of call.
