The lettings negotiator ( Yasmin Tse) was very professional and knowledgeable about the property and process. She helped me find the perfect rental property that met all of my requirements and budget. She (Yasmin Tse) is very responsive.

I rented a property through Amy for the last year and she made the whole end-to-end process extremely easy and stress-free from the onboarding, through the tenancy and to the offboarding. She was informative, accommodating and kept the lines of communication open throughout.

GoogleA massive waste of time. Agents that tell you everything you want to hear just so you sign a contract them. They almost Instantly want you to decrease the price to get an easy sell. Poor quality imagery, angry and rude salesmen (that can’t take constructive criticism). Awful at following up with feedback after viewings. Emails left unanswered. Don’t waste your time.

GoogleThe initial stages of the house purchase were excellent. Always kept us informed and sent properties that met our criteria. While at the purchase phase, the client management was poor and communication had to be made directly between us and the seller to manage expectations. Post purchase, the manager did get in touch after concerns were raised and apologised for any inconveniences.
