GoogleSears have been excellent in help us find a tenant and secure them in addition to getting the market rental value. They have been my agent for a number of years and they have been excellent. Daniel and Hugo have both been super attentive, thorough and honest when providing feedback and guidance - hugely valuable. They are also both extremely personable and possess the right skills in relationship management. I would highly recommend using Sears and the team at Jennets Park. Thank you!

GoogleSears sold our house following a good number of viewings and a lot of interest. The previous agent seemed unable to generate the same interest in the house, and was therefore constantly suggesting we lower our asking price. Martin and Aaron were professional and friendly throughout.
