I recently had a very disappointing experience with PROSPECT that I feel compelled to share. I had an appointment scheduled for 5:00 PM, which I arranged in advance and planned my day around. While I was already on my way, having travelled a considerable distance, I received a call at 3:00 PM informing me that the appointment had been cancelled. This last-minute notice was highly unprofessional and showed a lack of respect for my time and effort. Such poor coordination and communication are unacceptable, especially from a property agent where reliability and professionalism are essential. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others to consider alternative agents who demonstrate better organisation and respect for their clients. Very disappointing service overall.

Prospect have managed several properties for me over the last 8 years and I feel they are a joint partner in my business. They are the first port of call for the tenants if there are any problems at the properties and manage them efficiently and professionally. I can always speak to someone should I need to and Nancy, our dedicated property manager is just fantastic; capable and approachable and always at the end of the phone or email and ready with a solution when needed. I trust Prospect to make me aware of any legal requirements, especially with the new renters rights bill due imminently and also rely on the check in/ inspection/checkout reports they organise for us. When it's time to renew contracts, it's always a joy to speak to Stefano. He is friendly and efficient and I trust him to find us the most suitable tenants. A full turn key service that I couldn't manage without.

The service throughout the sale was excellent and Paul was fantastic in working for both myself and the buyers to get the process through as quickly as possible, it would have definitely taken longer without his support. Nancy Suri is excellent as a property manager and the experience on the whole has been really good with Prospect. There have been times throughout our tenancy where prospect have not communicated properly such as booking viewings without informing us or booking maintenance on our behalf without telling us. I think this could be improved quite easily

FAO - Reading Branch I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Prospect. Moving house is already a very stressful process, and unfortunately my experience with the agency made it considerably more difficult. Instead of feeling supported and guided through the process, I felt that I was treated very poorly and, on several occasions, spoken to in a way that I found extremely rude and unprofessional and in so much pressure. The agent made the process unnecessarily difficult and showed very little understanding of how stressful this period can be for someone trying to secure a home. I would have expected patience, communication and professionalism from a letting agency, especially when dealing with something as important as finding a place to live. What disappointed me the most was being told by the agent that I should simply “ probably not use Prospect anymore.” Hearing this from someone who is supposed to be helping customers through the process was extremely upsetting and, for me, completely unacceptable. I never expected to have such a negative experience with a letting agency that is supposed to support people during what can already be a very stressful time.
