Gosh what terrible reviews. I can only agree with them though unfortunately. Leaders - Norwich is terrible. We are a tenant - they ‘ manage’ our property for our landlord, except they don’t. They pass the buck and try to do as little as possible. Dreadful customer service.

Absolute shambles of a company. I have been charged a late payment for rent, despite the fact all rent payments were made on time. They had been chasing this "late payment" up with my partner since the first month we moved in, she has explained to numerous different employees from the Nottingham branch that the payment was on time. They verified this. We keep getting the same excuse, "people are working from home" as an explanation for the fact there seems to be no communication happening between the staff there! Absolutely ridiculous! AVOID THIS COMPANY!UPDATE: Successfully sued the Nottingham Branch in 2022 as they had not secured our deposit. They fought it all the way until a week before the hearing. If you have a tenancy its worth checking with a DPS if they have secured it! They are absolutely clueless about basic tenancy law.
