If i could give 0 star i would
If i could give 0 star i would. My wife rented a property in Arthur street Kenilworth on a 6 month lease. She paid the 6 months up front from memory October 2017. There were a few issues with the house, shower, garden, painting all were going to be resolved before she moved in but wasn’t. The person who produced the inventory even noted this. I actually repaired the bathroom lights and unblocked the shower which was full of hair and soap. Moving forwards circumstance changed and my wife no longer needed the house so came to an agreement to hand back the keys in the January 2018 with the understanding of a moths rent and fees. She recieved all but £150 which was said to be for cleaning and gardening. My wife disputed both due to her mum cleaning the house and the inventory had said the garden was over grown with it being winter months the garden hadn’t grown anymore. Leaders came back and said that they would pay back £120 keeping £30 for cleaning still disputed but accepted by my wife. We have still not recieved this money. So you can see why we feel ripped off.
Hi Carl, we regret to hear that you and your wife have been displeased following the experience that she has had with us as a tenant and during the deposit release process.I understand that you have recently been in communications with Sharon Haines the Lettings Manager at Kenilworth around these concerns, as the tenancy was only in your wife’s name it meant Sharon was unable to discuss this with you due to GDPR legislation but did communicate with your wife shortly after relaying this to you and explained the situation to her around the deposit. We recognise how important our customers comments are about their experience with us as ultimately it is this which allow us the opportunity to evaluate our service and see how we can improve moving forward. We’re saddened that you and your wife feel the service received has not been up to the high standards expected of Leaders. We really hope that should either of you wish to use us again in future that we are able to deliver a level of service that you are happier with. Should you wish to discuss this further then please do not hesitate to contact us on 01344758596.Kind Regards,Leaders

Leaders, amazing 👏
I found the whole experience of dealing with Leaders (Rent) absolutely brilliant, within a week I am in my new home. It's fresh clean bright and well maintained. I have been kept abreast of all of the dealings from start to finish, really pleased with them....

Avoid like the plague!
Nightmare. Unannounced inspections, incorrect leasing documents, multiple fees (a renewal fee was charged to me despite the fact that they were the ones who got the lease agreement wrong in the first place and had assured me that they would extend it (to the originally agreed lease duration) without added costs. Filthy flat, and then and the nerve at the end of my tenancy to charge me £500 pounds to get it cleaned and then when I disputed they tried to charge me £120 for arbitration. They are the dodgiest real estate agency I have ever had the displeasure of renting from. Save yourselves from this nightmare before you get stuck with them. Special mention to Gary topham who took 6 months to get an unsafe balcony fixed and charged me for new lightbulbs despite the fact that the electrical wiring wasn’t working (something no one fixed during my tenancy), Charmaine tucker who held inspections in my apartment without informing me and then called me in a huff about not letting them occur (the nerve) and to Jamie Abbott who gave me an incorrect contract (not once but 3 times- picking up the keys took me about 90mins with his blundering about). I’ll be making a formal complaint to ARLA about these unethical practices.
Hi there, we’re saddened to read that you are unhappy following the experience you have had with us as a tenant. We pride ourselves on providing our customers with the highest level of assistance throughout our dealings with them particularly if any issues arise so its obviously disappointing for us to read that you haven’t received this. In respect of your comments about raising a formal complaint to ARLA they would refer this to The Property Ombudsman (TPO) however feel it important to advise you that the TPO will request that you go through both stages of our-in house complaints procedure first before they would consider reviewing this; a copy of our complaints procedure can be found at https://www.leaders.co.uk/pages/complaints-procedure if you wish to undertake this process. We’re concerned by your feedback and would be more than happy to discuss this with you prior to undertaking this process and so if you are willing to do so then please reach out to us on 01344758596. By discussing this with you directly it will give us a better understanding of the issues you have faced and the chance to find out from you what we can do to turn your experience with us into a more positive one. See response to Leaders reply
Since I had to vacate a property I rented through Leaders Bromsgrove. I have received nothing but unacceptable and unprofessional service from them. As I was getting nowhere with the Bromsgrove branch. Even the manager was telling me things were in hand and they weren't.I contacted their head office. To say they did not want to help, but just pass the buck is an understatement. They actually said we do not get involved and leave things to the local office you rented the property from. I vacated the property on the 12th January. Handed the keys back on the 17th January and am still waiting for my deposit and other money to be paid back into my account. My advice is do not have anything to do with Leaders under any circumstances.Response to ReplyEverything on Leaders Reply was fudged, spin, fake new. Whatever way you want to read it.The most fabricated part of their reply was saying Steph Dunkley got and immediate resolution. This is completely untrue. My issues mainly get my monies back took more than a week. I was eventually informed by Leaders they would not give me monies owed until the landlady gave them the rent paid back. I pointed out my contract was with Leaders. I paid the rent to them. They should pay the money back. What was happening between them and the landlady was their problem. Steph Dunkley is the type of person who talks over you, does not listen and uses this method to make you back down and go away. Unfortunately for her I did not. Thankfully they eventually paid and I do not have to have anything to do with Leaders.
Hi Shane. We're sorry to read your frustrations. Our complaints procedure is to go in the first instance to the Branch Manager who will respond and try and resolve. It sounds as though this is where your initial frustrations lie. Following this, if you had not been satisfied with the outcome, the complaints process in place for the next stage would be for this to be to escalated to Regional Lettings Director level. I understand that you did not pursue this matter through our staged complaints procedure, however instead had communications with Regional Lettings Director, Steph Dunkley on the 21.2.19 at which point she immediately got you resolution with your overpaid rent and undisputed amount of the deposit being returned. We apologise for the delays in communications you experienced prior to this being sorted and wish you well in your new property.Kind Regards,Leaders

I cannot recommend Leaders Lowestoft enough. They have looked after my property portfolio for many years. Everyone at the Lowestoft office is very helpful. Nicki Meaker is excellent. She gets any issues with the properties sorted quickly and always with a sense of humour, something that is missing with most people these days. They have always provided good reliable tenants and keep me well informed of what is happening.

A Thank You to My Property Manager!
I am immensely grateful to Paula for her exceptional assistance and professionalism. Yesterday, I found myself in a blind after locking myself out of my house in the morning. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue after work, it was too late to visit the branch to borrow a key. Understanding my situation, Paula went above and beyond her duties to come to my aid in the evening. Her prompt response and willingness to help outside normal working hours not only allowed me to access my home but also provided great relief in a stressful situation(it was so cold outside and I will become homeless). I am truly appreciative of her kind and professional approach, and her actions exemplify her dedication to supporting tenants. Her assistance in my time of need was invaluable!

I had the incredible pleasure of…Millie is the one to trust. Five stars are simply not enough to reflect the level of satisfaction we've experienced.
I had the incredible pleasure of working with Millie at the Belper branch during our relocation from Dubai to the UK, and I cannot express how impressed and satisfied we are with her outstanding service. From the outset, Millie demonstrated an exceptional understanding of our needs. She not only located the perfect house in the desired area but also went above and beyond to facilitate the entire process for us. Given that we were unable to physically view the property, Millie arranged an incredibly detailed video walkthrough, providing us with comprehensive insights into every aspect of the home. This level of dedication and thoroughness made us confident and happy to proceed with the process. What sets Millie apart is her commitment to the overall relocation experience. Beyond simply helping us find the right property, she patiently addressed all our queries and concerns about utilities, insurances, and internet services. Her wealth of knowledge and willingness to assist in every aspect of our move truly set her apart.Having worked with specialist location companies in the past, I can confidently say that Millie's level of professionalism and customer care exceeds industry standards. She has a unique ability to guide and support individuals through the complexities of moving to a new country. Millie is not just a property consultant; she is a relocation expert who goes the extra mile to ensure her clients have a seamless and stress-free transition.I cannot recommend Millie highly enough for her exceptional service, attention to detail, and genuine care for her clients. If you're looking for someone who not only understands your housing needs but also guides you through the entire relocation process with expertise and warmth, Millie is the one to trust. Five stars are simply not enough to reflect the level of satisfaction we've experienced.

Tierney Sutton
I’ve dealt with leaders a lot over the past few years with many different employees over this time. The current bunch are all great with all of them happy to help if Tierney isn’t available. But the whole time I’ve dealt with Tierney she has been amazing. Nothing is to much trouble, she is very direct in getting things done and always comes back to me with any answers I’ve enquired about. Leaders are very lucky to have her on board and she is a great credit to the company. Thank you Tierney for everything you do and I hope your here for many years to come.

The agents for the worst experience of your life..
I really wish I could give Leaders zero stars and warn each and every person going with them - especially the Western Road Branch in Brighton. Unless you enjoy hell and stress! I moved into a flea infested property where fleas were visibly jumping around the furniture and on to my body, not only this I requested a private garden - this being an absolute need and a 80% deciding factor of the property I picked (and was told several times I asked upon viewing and before signing the contract, that the property had one) to find out AFTER moving in, that in fact the garden was shared. After 2 months of the flea infestation not being sorted AND NO APOLOGY. I was luckily able to end my tenancy agreement and move out. Despite having only lived there for 2 months and the state and unhygienic conditions of the property, I was offered no compensation and was then further hit with nearly £200 of cleaning charges, including that of a de-infestation charge for a property I never even infected with fleas. The service provided by almost every member of staff was poor, with one manager refusing to return my calls for 3 months (I still am yet to have one of my several calls returned by her). From the onset the service was despicable and the staff were so incredibly rude, with one member being very rude to my partner who had to call as all my emails and calls were being ignored. All members of staff deceived me and offered no help or apology. I am still waiting for a formal apology and am still being harassed by them, even my formal complaint to their complaints team got ignored. There is so many more problems with Leaders I could list but this would cause this long post to be much longer. I was advised previously avoid leaders and I REALLY wish I’d listened. So if I can stop even one person from going ahead with them and protect them from absolute hell, that’s great! I will be looking for report them to environmental services and their trade union. Please do not go with them.Final note - in reference to the previous review, I was also pushed into a no deposit option which is not at all a good thing as they state!
Hi Anna,We regret to hear that you have had such a negative experience with our team at Western Road in Brighton in your time with us as a tenant. We always aim to provide our customers with the highest level of service and assistance throughout their dealings with us and so so it’s really disappointing to hear that you haven’t received this.We can fully appreciate how disappointing and difficult it would have been for you to experience a flea infestation at the property. Ben Alberts the Head of property management for Brighton spoke with you around this and informed you that the property had a de-infest conducted before you moved in by one of our contractors, Ben explained the service that the contractor undertook and provided you with a copy of the invoice to reflect this and offered you his sincere apologies due to the issues you were facing. In respect of the issues with the garden I understand that the team have addressed this with you previously and offered their apologies for this. During the tenancy Gary Copleston the lettings manager did confirm to you that the garden was not a private space and in order to establish this he did have to check with the leaseholder of the block as the Landlord of the property wasn’t aware of this information and hadn’t disclosed this to the team prior to marketing the property. As previously advised to you by Gary the team have learnt from this experience to ensure that similar issues such as this do not arise in future. We’re saddened to read that you feel your formal complaint had been ignored when this was raised with us. It can be evidenced that the Regional Lettings Director for Brighton David Thorne had responded to your complaint addressing the breakdown in communication that you experienced throughout your tenancy. As the adjudication around the deductions at the end of the tenancy was being reviewed David did state that he would await the new adjudication report before commenting any further on matters advising you that once he received this he would move the matter forward to reach a conclusion; now we are in receipt of this David will be providing you with an additional response at the earliest opportunity. We appreciate you taking the time to leave us this review as we recognise how important our customers comments are about their experience with us as it is this which allow us the opportunity to evaluate our service and see how we can improve moving forward. If you wish to discuss this further then please contact us at customerservice@leaders.co.uk. Kind Regards, Leaders

Very poor service
Very poor service. We were booked in for a viewing on a house at a time suggested by Joyce, only to be advised she had 15 minutes as she was due at another appointment in Evesham. Once we’d agreeed that we wanted to proceed and let the (briefly) viewed property, Adam was very helpful over the phone in processing our application etc. However, we did not receive any updates on how things were progressing, or whether our proposed move date would be ok. We were also pressured into taking the no deposit option (which we did not want at all) and were told that the landlord wanted this as we had a cat. Once moved in, there was an issue with our (only) toilet and it would not flush. A plumber was sent out promptly to look at the problem, and advised he sent Leaders a quote for repair. We have been chasing for a week now, and still have not heard back. I am 19 weeks pregnant, so a non flushing toilet is not ideal!! Leaders have not responded to any of our emails or phone calls. Over all, very disappointed about being pressured into a money pit no deposit option we did not want, and very poor service concerning issues.
Hi Kayleigh, We are really sorry to read that you are dissatisfied by the service you have received from us here at Leaders, we pride ourselves on providing our tenants with the highest level of assistance throughout their experience particularly if any maintenance issues arise so it is disappointing to hear that you haven't received this from us. I’ve had the opportunity to discuss your review with Chris from the branch who I understand your co-tenant recently spoke with and have also been able to review your tenancy record on our system. Here at Leaders viewings are allocated 15 minutes which are booked into separate slots but can vary in length dependant on the teams schedule; the length of the viewing would likely have been discussed with you when the viewing was booked in. I understand that for some applicants 15 minutes could seem quite a brief period however if you did wish to undertake another viewing before deciding whether to proceed with the property then the team would happily have arranged this for you. We’re pleased to read that Adam was so helpful throughout your dealings with him when progressing your application but it’s a shame to hear you do not feel you received updates on how the rest of the application was progressing. For the sake of transparency once the initial aspects of the application are dealt with by the branch the remainder of the process is then dealt with by an external Lettings Support Centre (LSC), due to their involvement the LSC emailed you stating not to worry if you didn’t hear from them for a few days as they were working to process your let and would be in touch with any updates which I can see they did provide you with. During your application for the property the branch would put forward both Deposit options to allow applicants to make a decision which best suits them. We’re saddened to hear that you felt pressured into taking the No Deposit Option. Due to your dissatisfaction with this if you would rather switch to a standard deposit option this is something that the team can discuss with the Landlord and potentially implement, if you would like to do this then please contact the branch to discuss as they will be more than happy to assist. We can recognise how frustrating and inconvenient it must be for you to be without a fully functioning toilet and are sorry to hear that you feel there has been a lack of updates throughout the toilet repair as can understand that a lack of updates around this would only have further exacerbated any disappointment you were feeling. I can see this was reported to us on the 29th of January and upon receipt of this issue Rachel a member of the property management team instructed a contractor to arrange access to repair the issue. In our role as managing agent we are contracted by the Landlord to act under their instructions which means that when any maintenance issues are reported to us we relay these onto the Landlord to seek their authorisation to proceed with any repairs, the quote which was obtained was forwarded to the Landlord on the 29th and it seems there have been queries from them regarding these works due to the crack in the cistern and how this has arisen. It can be evidenced that despite the crack in the cistern the team have asked that the Landlord provide authorisation to proceed with the repairs due to the lack of a functioning WC and we really hope this issue will be resolved for you shortly. After taking the above in account I do not believe the team at Cheltenham have acted incorrectly however we would like to offer our apologies that you feel the service you received fell below the high standards expected of Leaders. We appreciate you taking the time to leave us this review as we recognise how important our customers comments are about their experience with us as it is this which allow us the opportunity to evaluate our service and see how we can improve, we really hope that moving forward that we are able to deliver an experience that you are satisfied with. If you wish to discuss this further then please contact us at customerservice@leaders.co.uk.Kind Regards,Leaders

Problems getting deposit back
Leaders Bromley.Extortionate prices and fees to begin with. One of the most expensive in the U.K. when we moved out they asked us to professionally clean the house, carpets, windows and oven which came in at a cost of £800 so we did what we could afford. We got the windows and carpets cleaned professionally. On move out they asked for our receipts of professional cleaning.I cleaned the place over a week. It was spotless. They took nearly two weeks to give us back a response on our deposit. The check out report said there were some smears to glass and a few cobwebs. Literally two cobweb strings which l believe occurred over the four days it took for the check out report to be done. They took photos of underneath the oven hood which was not in the check in photo and close up of inside the oven again the photos for check in were of the outside of the oven only and from a distance.I called the deposit scheme who said that l should dispute. It would take up to 8 weeks for a dispute to go through.Leaders did this a fortnight before Christmas and were incredibly rude from the moment we questioned the check out report. In the end we took the hit of £140.I rarely leave reviews but this company in my honest opinion is exploiting the housing crisis in London and making money out of renters on dubious charges. If you don’t use their cleaning company they charge you.Who is going to give half their deposit to Leaders cleaning representation after paying almost £700 to sign the contract. Also most of us need the deposit for our new property.Shame on you Leaders
Hi Emma, we are really sorry hear that you are dissatisfied with the service you have received from Leaders and our team at Bromley.I have had the opportunity to discuss your review with Helena Smith from the Bromley property management team and also review your Tenancy record on our system. In relation to your comments surrounding fee’s we’re saddened that you feel Leaders fee’s for tenants are so high, we are members of the National Federation of Property Professionals Client Money Protection Scheme through our membership of ARLA Propertymark as well as The Property Ombudsman and are a clear and transparent agent that do not add fees later on down the line of any tenancy. Within your review you have stated that you were asked to professionally clean the property at the end of the tenancy. With our fully managed tenancies we do provide vacating tenants with a check-out manual before the end of their tenancy which contains guidance on how to prepare the property for their departure. This does recommend actions such as professional cleaning and carpet cleaning be undertaken and this is suggested in an attempt to assist tenants with this process. In respect of the proposed deductions that were put forward to the deposit these were established after comparing the inventory report conducted at the beginning of the Tenancy with the check-out report produced at the end of the tenancy; the check-out report identified several items which were deemed to fall under the responsibility of yourself as a tenant with the overall condition notes within the check-out stating “The property has been left in a good condition at the end of the tenancy…there are a few cleaning oversights noted as detailed and pictured in the check-out report and items for the outgoing tenants to clarify” You have voiced dissatisfaction due to the amount of time it took for the team to communicate with you over the deposit. When viewing our system it can be evidenced that you left the property on Friday the 16th of November, the check-out report was conducted on the next working day on the 19th of November and was also sent across to you and the Landlord on this date. Due to the cleaning oversights the Landlord informed Helena that they wished for the cost of additional cleaning to be put forward as a proposed deduction to the deposit which was done on the 23rd of November. Initially you disagreed with the proposed deductions and asked for permission to send your own cleaner back into the property, Helena responded informing you that this could not be done for 2 reasons the first one being that your liability for the property had ended meaning access could no longer be granted and the second being that as we did not possess the cleaners public liability insurance it meant that if they damaged anything that it would be hard to claim back through insurance. I am really sorry read that you feel the team were rude when you queried the check-out report; my brief review has been predominantly based on evidence that has been obtained in writing and after reviewing the communications between yourself and Helena around the deposit release I am unable to support your comments here and can only offer our apologies for any disappointment that may have been caused during these communications. We recognise how important the deposit is at the end of the tenancy especially for vacating tenants who are moving into other rental properties however do feel it important to note that it should not be assumed the deposit will always be released immediately at the end of the tenancy as agents such as ourselves are instructed by the Landlord to hold this as stakeholder. Due to our position as stakeholder it means that we are unable to release the deposit at the end of the tenancy without the written consent of both parties and sadly we are not able to always to obtain this which can lead to delays. When dealing with deposit releases our staff advise tenants that if there are no disputes between parties that it usually takes up to 10 working days from the check-out report for the deposit to be released and it can be evidenced that on this occasion even with negotiations that it only took 5 working days for this to be released. After taking into account the points raised above I do not believe that we have acted incorrectly however would like to offer our sincere apologies that you felt the service you received fell below the high standards expected of Leaders. We appreciate you taking the time to leave us this feedback as we recognise how important our customers comments are about their experience with us as ultimately it is this feedback such as this which allows us the opportunity to evaluate our service and see how we can improve moving forward. Should you wish to discuss this further then please do not hesitate to contact me via email at customerservice@leaders.co.uk or via phone on 01344758596.Kind Regards,Joe,Customer Care Manager

Worst letting agent in Croydon
Please give option of zero star . The worst letting agent in Croydon is leaders. Got a property to rent from them and paid holding fee of £378 on Thursday the 10/01/19 And had a call from them on Friday the 11/01/19 to say the landlord withdrawn the property from the market . Up till today the 19/01/19 Am still waiting for refund and we need to pay for another property to move at the end of the January. I think this south Croydon branch is a scam. Please avoid this agent
Hi Linda, we regret to hear that you are unhappy with us following your recent experience with our team in Croydon.I have had the opportunity to discuss your feedback with Rezah within the Croydon branch who you have dealt with previously, Rezah has advised me that you paid a reservation fee for the property and put forward an offer which was initially accepted by the Landlord however sadly they then decided to withdraw the property from the market. I can appreciate how frustrating this situation would have been for you due to having to undertake a property search again but also because you needed the reservation fee returned to you to allow you to proceed with another property.Whilst you initially dealt with the branch during your application the refund of a payments such as this needed to be dealt with by our Client Accounts team who are located externally away from the branch. From speaking with the branch today I have been advised that the refund of the fee was processed on Monday and should be with you shortly. For the sake of transparency our Client Accounts team deal with matters such as this across all of Leaders 100 branches which may have contributed to a slight delay in this being processed and would like to offer our sincere apologies for any disappointment caused due to the time you have been waiting for this refund. We appreciate your honest feedback about your experience with us as we are always looking for ways to improve and would once again like to offer our apologies that you felt the service you received fell below the high standards we expect of Leaders. Should you wish to discuss this then please contact us via email at customerservice@leaders.co.uk or via phone on 01344758596.Kind Regards,Joe,Leaders

Toxic Practices (Cambridge)
The biggest problem with the way Leaders do business is that they do not consider themselves to be true intermediates between landlord and tenants but instead represent the interests of the landlord only. After all, the landlord is their long-term customer with an endless supply of new potential tenants coming through the city. We paid them hundreds of pounds and entered into a contract that in part obligated them to, for example, make sure that the appliances in their property actually worked, but when actually asked to do so they would invariably hide behind a 'lack of authorization' from the landlord (edit: as Leaders points out, the contract was with the landlord, with Leaders acting as a go-between for us. I think the point stands.). This included refusing to fix our flat's only electric heater, which was broken when we moved in, for most of winter. They dismissed or ignored our emails about it from September through to MID JANUARY, sending someone only the business day after we filed a formal complaint with The Property Ombudsman. We met similar resistance to fixing the flat block's front door and gates which remained unable to be locked for months at a time. We were denied service on our ancient hoover when it didn't work, being told that it probably wasn't broken because "Henry hoovers are very reliable". It was not a Henry hoover. (When I eventually bought my own, also not Henry, hoover to replace it they assumed it was theirs on inspection and accused me of stealing it when I moved out.) Each time when pressed they cited a lack of authorization from the landlord or property manager. How can they claim to represent the interests of their tenants if they are entirely unable to execute the primary service they provide us, which is to resolve these exact issues? We even asked to be included in the conversations with the landlord or property managers at one point so we could try to get it sorted out ourselves, and our request was ignored. On moving out our inventory report noted nothing that required deductions from our deposit, but they spent 2 months refusing to return our money while "deciding" if they wanted to pursue deductions "not covered in the inventory". Over time their list included, as I mentioned above, me stealing my own hoover, furniture being left on beds(???) by their own cleaning service partner that they contractually required us to hire, and other nonsense. We ended up opening yet another formal dispute, this time through the deposit service, and Leaders finally returned our deposit in full, of course only on the final day the dispute required them to.There were also smaller only moderately annoying things, like realizing several months into our tenancy that they didn't actually have an emergency set of keys to our flat and needing to borrow one of ours to make a copy, or emailing us asking when we'd send them moving in documents we had already sent them.On my Google review, which contained a lot of the complaints I've made here, they replied saying they "aim to provide our Tenants with the highest level of service throughout their experience with us particularly when issues arise" and "do not believe that Leaders have acted incorrectly during the management of your tenancy or during the deposit release process". Yet to get anything major done we had to actually invoke oversight organizations that could hold them accountable and force them to do the job they agreed to do, and after we did that the landlord was suddenly able to provide that authorization, or their list of complaints absent from the inventory report that could have been brought to the deposit arbitration vanished. It's actually worth heading over to the Google review and reading their response in full, it does a great job of further illustrating this point. It also contains their framing of the events I have described here which will better inform your opinion. I can't link it here unfortunately. (edit: they have since deleted the reply.)The only way tenants can change the more parasitic members of this industry is to call them out honestly and vocally on their practices. Leaders are lazy, disorganized, unprofessional, and unwilling to do basic and required work until forced to. They themselves will say they are happy with the service they provide when they let major issues with their properties go unresolved for months while they sit on their hands waiting impotently to be authorized to do anything about it.As others have mentioned in other reviews of them, they also spring ridiculous admin fees on you when you're moving in. Definitely not unique to Leaders but toxic anyway and made more laughable by their refusal to ever actually do their job.
Hi Kevin,Thank you for your additional comments, I am sorry to read that you are unhappy with the points within my response to your review that you had left on Google. As previously stated we act as managing agent throughout the duration of the tenancy and are contracted by the Landlord to act under their instructions when dealing with maintenance issues, whilst we can report repairs that need undertaking in the property onto the Landlord we are unable to arrange for repairs to be undertaken without authorisation from the Landlord and the reason I have outlined this in the hopes of providing clarity to you about our position. The contract that you have mentioned you entered into with us was the Tenancy Agreement which was a legal agreement between yourself and the Landlord, this sets out the obligations of both parties throughout the duration of the Tenancy and it can be noted that Leaders are not a named party to this agreement. If you wish to discuss this further then please do not hesitate to contact us at customerservice@leaders.co.uk via email or I can be contacted directly on 01344758596.Kind Regards,Joe,Customer Care Manager

This is a review for Harry Hayes who I have just started to work with for the maintenance and check out/in of tenants at my flats. Harry is a very efficient person and deals with every detail which is great for me as I am a detail person. Plus he is super efficient which I also like. Great to be working with him hope he stays.

Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
