Poorly managed by incompetent people

Today is unfortunately my first day of tenancy at one of the flat managed by these incompetent people. I went to collect the keys (and I had to wait because nothing was ready) the apartment was furnished, when I made it clear I needed it unfurnished. They basically said to me it's eith this or you can look for another flat. The flat was supposed to be ready but it is still work in progress, the level of cleaning is embarrassing. I was trying to find a solution with one of the letting agents, while 2 other workers there were laughing and being loud, like we were in a pub. Highly unprofessional. At the end the only solution the agent found was asking me to pay for a storage. They made a mistake, I have to pay. RidiculousIf you can, stay away from this letting agency, I've already regret I've signed for 1 year

I rented a house with leaders. Moving in was so smooth. Everything was wonderful.I was new to UK at that time. So many things were verbally told to me I was wondering why everything is so smooth. I realised the trap only in when I moved out. I asked for a huge amount of money when I moved out. More than twice the rent. They don’t reply to the mails and answer to your calls. Just scare you with legal terms. I have been mailing and calling. So please everyone get everything written if you do business with them. While writing this I am still waiting for the call from property management team 🥲 Anyway thank you Ms Zoe Smith for all your help and support. I recommend leaders .

After having a negative experience with another local letting agency, I was wary about finding my next property through another letting agency. You need not worry if you choose to go with Leaders (Droitwich)! After making an enquiry on an available property, both Dan Hooper & Jenna Endacott made me feel totally at ease and helped guide me through the (often daunting!) process. Within a matter of hours, my application was accepted by the landlord, and I managed to secure the property of my dreams! Both Dan & Jenna were more than happy to answer all my questions without hesitation.I’m thoroughly looking forward to getting the keys to my new apartment in January! Liars and scammers !!! AVOID! i was almost homeless because of them! First tenancy agreement signed from 8th, I couldn’t move in until 15th. I was able to get keys once I contacted manager because those RUDE PEOPLE in derby office don’t know anything, they would just promise to call you back but there’s no chance to hear back from them !They also tried to scam me into no deposit option, never mentioned that if i will choose that option i will have higher rent, for absolutely no reason. When i called and asked for normal deposit someone on the phone told me that first i have to pay membership option for 3 months, scammers, but guess what i have seen my tenancy agreement and there’s different information, so i think that people working in Derby office needs an extra training as they obviously don’t understand how membership is working. Also i’ve been told that if i’d like to switch for normal deposit my move in date will be even more delayed.Keys collection, they gave me keys to the wrong apartment, really ?? What kind of lunatics are working there ????? Moving company had to unload the van on the streets while i was trying to get the right keys.Temperature in the apartment is 8 degrees in some of the rooms, 8 DEGREES!! And it’s over a week since property manager KATIE did …. Suprise NOTHING ! Oh no, sorry she’s trying to CHASE the contractor to call me 😂Council has been informed about the situation already.I will definitely make sure there will be consequences

Absolutely appalling service

Absolutely appalling service. Viewed & registered interest, was accepted for a property today at 3.15, requested a 2nd viewing for next day to measure up. Was called by lauren etches in the Bournemouth branch only 2 hours later, to advise that because we requested a 2nd viewing the landlord has changed his mind. Lauren was then extremely rude & patronising in her tone! Avoid at all costs. Looking at these reviews it now seems I had a lucky escape.
