Generally speaking excellent service but sometimes needs to keep 'hands on' landlords more fully in the loop on disputes, condition reports and potential repairs. The computerised system is apt to go AWOL. Very helpful at Leamington Spa and transition from old to new tenant earlier this year was smooth, professional and painless.
