Sometimes my phone calls are answered, sometimes I leave a message and I get a reply and other times there is no reply and I have to call again. Some of the employees are definitely more engaged with their work than others. The music when on hold is really irritating - please change it!

Everyone at Leaders has always been helpful, both before and after our move, with the let for our new apartment. Being a new-build means that there will inevitably be a few issues to sort out however we have always had a swift response from them.Whenever visiting the office, there is always a friendly welcome!
