We set a high standard for ourselves and are disappointed to read that your experience with us hasn't been a more positive one.After reading your comments we’re aware that you’re a neighbour of one of the properties we manage. Without first looking into this we’re unsure why we haven’t been able to attend to the issues with the fence and hedge but can appreciate why it would be dissatisfying for you; it can be noted that when dealing with issues we are required to act under the Landlords instruction so wouldn’t have been able to attend to these items without their authority.We’d like to discuss this with you further to find out which team you’ve been dealing with, we can then look into this and see if there is any way we can address these issues. Communication between tenants and Leaders are terrible. Only sending mass emails and callings even though we have clearly state our comm preferences. Issues with maintenance also takes a long time to settle.
