Michael Wilson truly accomplished the impossible by not only finding the perfect house to rent , but I was on what was deemed by all other agencies an impossibly tight tight schedule. However Michael delivered on every promise he made, working incredibly hard on my behalf. And he did all this with the utmost grace and diplomacy and honesty. Could not recommend more

The staff are always helpful and polite when I have contacted them. They are understanding when there is an issue whether it is maintenance or neighbour issues.Sometimes the maintenance issues can take a while to get sorted but I am always kept up to date with what is happening.I have so far enjoyed my experience with Leaders agency and would recommend them to others.

Very quick at following up on emails/phone calls. Very polite to speak with. Really helpful with all enquiries. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is that after a visit to check on the property, the door wasn't locked when they left. Fortunately the door doesn't open without a key, however in terms of insurance etc, the door needed to have been locked.
