If you are renting in the Nottingham area, avoid this company at all costs! Poor service and a lack of due care for the tenant. We spent 4 months trying to get a lea and damp patch sorted in our 'luxury' apartment, had no heating for nearly a month and the whole time had chase leaders with continual promises of calls back, which never happened!

I have a long standing relationship with Leaders and know Mary and her staff well. I find the branch to be helpful and responsive. I especially like the fact that the branch deals with all aspects of my property management, maintenance and servicing. I especially like the fact that if matters do arise that concern me I can contact Mary and she will sort the difficulty.

An absolute disaster from start to finish. Useless communication, incorrect paperwork, and money grabbing thieves. They do not care about their tenants, and I am glad to be away from them.
