Worst experience ever . I have been using Leader Lettings in Cheltenham and I have had the worst experience - very unprofessional, everything about them - from patronising behaviour to making false statements to myself. They should not be allowed to be trading.

As a first time private renter, the process was very new and slightly overwhelming at times. Leaders were beyond supportive and accommodating to anything I needed help with despite being 200 miles away at different intervals. Staff are extremely approachable and friendly and on a couple of occasions certain staff members stayed past their closing hours to help me whilst finalising my move. Would recommend leaders to everybody.
