I have not had a chance to deal with many real- estate agencies in the U.K as of yet but if all real-estate agencies were like Leaders, then, we as clients would have nothing to worry about when it comes to moving homes. The branch never return phone calls or emails. Repairs which need to be carried out never get done. In the end I ended up paying for the work to be carried out myself.
Hi Alex we’re saddened to read that you’ve been dissatisfied with the experience you’ve had with us here at Leaders, It’s really important that 5* service and communication is provided to our customers at all times as along with a straightforward level of service and can only offer our apologies if this hasn’t been the case throughout your dealings with us.It’s a shame to read that you’ve had to pay for work to be carried out yourself, without looking into this fully we aren’t entirely sure of the circumstances around this however it can be noted that when dealing with repairs we’re contracted by the Landlord to act under their instruction so can’t act without first receiving this which could explain why repairs weren't undertaken.
