My experience with Leader is top-notch compared to other letting agents I have interacted with. Faith Graham and her team supported us nicely during the property letting process from start to finish. Faith Graham, my first contact who assisted in viewing the property, was exceptionally helpful, and she never got tired of my back-and-forth calls for clarity and requests for more information.

Leaders Estate Agents handled the sale of my Flat in Brighton. It was a long, drawn out process with unforeseen complications. But Spencer, Tegan and Elysia stood by my side and sorted out all the problems associated with the sale. I couldn’t have done it without them. Having spent the last 14 years in Lancashire, moving back to Sudbury was not gonna be straight forward - But Elaine took the time to understand my situation and the challenges that the distance creates. She was happy to liaise with my brother for viewings, and talked me through every stage of the process. Everything was managed from a distance through to the moving in date. Thanks to Ryan too for supporting. Leaders are by far the most professional agency I’ve used.

In my time as a tenant, my experience with Jade as my property manager has been excellent.She has always been proactive and quick to respond to any issues that may have arisen at the property.She is conscientious, approachable and attentive to my needs as a tenant…..and always listened if I had any worries.She also instinctively provides a good and clear channel of communication between myself and my landlord ….which is appreciated and gives me a sense of security.I cannot recommend Jade highly enough.

Leaders are manage the flat above ours and we have had problems with their maintenance before, we reported that some ridge tiles had come off in a storm over 3 months ago I am guessing they are waiting until there is massive water damage rather than fixing it early when its a cheap and easy.- Reply is the same copy and paste from last time

When it comes to looking for a house and making the transition to another it is usually a bit stressful, from the moment we contacted the guys at leaders they were kind and were attentive to resolve our doubts, scheduling the visit to the house was quick and easy, especially Georgia was spectacular her attention and the way she carried out and explained the process to us, they were concerned that every detail was covered, without the legal process being so complicated, now we are moving to our new home, thank you Georgia.
