My experience renting a room from Leaders

Was shown a room in a Northampton property and had a very positive viewing. Estate agent Faith was very positive and answered all my questions whilst viewing. There was lots of paperwork to fill out which was a pain. But was helped along the way by estate agent Faith which made it less stressful. Was very happy with the service and support I received from her and rest of Leaders staff in Northampton.

Amazing business amazing staff

Leaders Warrington staff are amazing. It started with Chris which passed my files onto Lorena which she did an outstanding job. Lucky to have an employee like her. Communication is 100%, response time is within minutes, regardless it's morning or evening Lorena was still on the ball. Few errors on my behave which leaders went out their way to rectify for me. Highly recommend this business.

Great until you move in lots of problems with them constantly telling you you are in arrears when you have the evidence that you are not communication is poor and lack of care I have a toliet seat that broke in half and I sustained a deep cut because of the toilet seat no response finally after 3 weeks of reporting the broken toilet seat it is still not repaired I have not had a replacement toilet seat since I was asked how it broke regardless I suffered a deep cut and it is still not been replaced I would not recommend renting with them

Still utterly incompetent

I moved out 3.5 months ago and they have STILL not sorted my deposit. They were too stupid to even notice I had gone to TDS. I left the property in a considerably better condition than I entered it, they were trying to charge me for cleaning already done, and were confused about what their own contract said.

I have been with Leaders for several years and I have always been extremely happy with the service as a Landlord. Selwyn, Hardeep and Kerry are excellent. They are professional, reliable, responsive and always keep me well informed. They make the whole process of managing my property stress free.
