Absolutely shocking company to deal with, particularly their Northwich branch. Reached out several times since the pandemic hit about support available with no response. Reported repairs that went unresolved. Was contacted at 5pm on a Friday to be told we were being served notice as the landlord was selling. Then heard nothing for two weeks until contacted by a different branch to arrange a valuation. Turns out we were informed to soon and they should have waited until the law changed on the 1st June so less notice required. Further repairs during this period went unresolved. Moved out 3 weeks ago and still not heard anything from them about the return of our deposit. I've rang and emailed several times and just get no response. Absolutely terrible customer service.

TrustpilotNIGHTMARE. Avoid Leaders in Warrington/Manchester
The reviews say it and I'm not the only one. Trust us when we say this - avoid letting your property and avoid renting in LEADERS because it will be a nightmare.They are a bunch of judgemental and dishonest agents who would choose money over anything. They admitted that the misunderstanding on my documents that led to me not passing their eligibility to rent was unintentional yet they would not give my money back (on the basis of me giving them false information! - how contradictory). And they even advertised the flat during the 15-day holding period while settling the case -- very very unprofessional They also didn't show the true condition of the flat being advertised. I asked for more photos of the actual flat but didn't receive any. When I requested a video call, it took a while and the flat was disgustingly in a bad state. They said someone else is wanting to take it as it is. Like dude, NO ONE would take that pigpen as it is except me - who's willing to renovate it at a lesser cost. Sad company and sad employees.UPDATE - Thank you Leaders for replying with a template message but your team made it clear that this issue cannot be resolved and you've taken my deposit and ran away with it. The most unprofessional agent out there.

From a tenants experience of over 4 years with Leaders as the management agency. Very poor communication and attentiveness, don’t respond to emails and send calls to voicemail to avoid you. Come across like they don’t care about you or the property they are supposed to manage . Poor managers across the board, not even managing junior staff and they are just rude. End of tenancy just a real shambles, don’t confirm anything, no urgency for either side, think they can just bully tenants. All in all a very poor experience and one I won’t be repeating.

Leaders service has deteriated in recent months. Our tenant is constantly being advised her rental is late when she has paid and produced receipt. Landlord is receiving rental late and this month over 10 days late. Leaders need to improve communication, processes and service.
