GoogleAwful experience. DO NOT RENT THROUGH THIS AGENT. They will seem charming at first. Communication was 0 ! - shocking! The tenancy deposit scheme was awful - I left my rental property immaculate and lost my deposit. This 18 months has been nothing but stressful! I really advise you think twice before signing with this shambles of a company!

FacebookThey misplaced the keys we returned and now almost 2 weeks and still no check out inventory done. The owner has moved in and is living at the property... so any damage caused now will likely be blamed on us... no clue when/if my £2k deposit will be returned. No one ever calls you back. Would not recommend

Facebookavoid them!! two viewings arranged with them. one in Oxfordshire and one in Wiltshire, but agents did not show up at all. made us to drive 1:30 hours and realising the house is under offer since a month ago. would not be looking to buy a house if being advertised by them.

GoogleIt all started great upon 1st contact, they were flexible with their scheduling and we were able to go visit the property all was going well. Then the communication broke down, I found myself making multiple daily calls for updates with many promises of being called back. We put an offer on the property and we had to continue to chase this up, then I requested we view other properties they agreed and then promised to call me back. Did I get a phone call? No, it has been four weeks since our offer was given and I have yet to receive a phone call. We went with Prospects letting and have been very happy with their prompt communication and are moving into our property very soon here.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality

FacebookFor 8 MONTHS I have been begging these morons to get several issues sorted with the home I rent. I AM STILL WAITING! I can honestly say this is the worst estate agents I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. It has been one disaster after another with them.
