GoogleAccused me of not paying rent and shouted down the phone at me until I said I had a witness that was with me when I did hand in then rent. Then acknowledged they had taken the money, but they had forgotten to receipt it. - Very poor and unprofessional. Would not recommend.

GoogleStudents please avoid! Our house was overcharged on our deposit for things that were never originally in the house and we are still disputing this. Staff are friendly but have not been useful at the end of our contract. There are much better estate agents in Bournemouth.

GoogleJust sold a flat through Christopher Shaw and cannot praise them enough. Sold the flat very quickly with their help, they ensured the process was seamless. Coordinating with solicitors on both sides for us, ending in a completion that suited both parties. Would definitely use them again.
