We were originally dealing with the friendly and helpful Phoebe on the Sales side but eventually after months of waiting for the Buyers to move forward we decided enough was enough. As we had been impressed with the service Mr Green staff had provided to date I spoke to Ryan in Letting regarding renting instead. Ryan was very encouraging and confirmed that there very few houses for rent in Southbourne and that he was confident he could find us good tenants very quickly. True to his work Ryan put it on Rightmove one evening and by 9am the next morning had 5 viewings booked all before 3.30pm that day. After viewings he discussed the tenants we had to choose from and we agreed on the most suitable ones. Within an hour they had paid their deposit, referencing was started and 2 weeks later they had moved in. Great work Ryan and staff will definately be recommending you all.

We originally planned to list our property using a well-known online estate agent, however they struggled to publish our listing as land registry hadn't updated the title to our names. Out of frustration we emailed our solicitor and asked them to recommend a local estate agent to manage the sale for us. They quickly came back and said "Mr Green". Lloyd came out to do the have a look round our newly renovated flat and I was immediately impressed. He proceeded to value the property based on sound market information which gave us confidence in the figure he proposed (it did not seem like a "guesstimate" which some other local estate agents we have dealt with in the past provide). We then discussed the fee, and he was very upfront which was again refreshing. Having agreed to work with them they quickly had a photographer out to the property and the listing live. I have to say at this point that the marketing materials (both the photos, 3D walk round, and property write up) were excellent. I’m a Marketing Consultant by trade and I was super impressed. The listing went live, and they had they had the flat under offer quickly. Unfortunately, the chain of the buyer broke down after 6 weeks (which was frustrating), but Mr Green persisted, and we soon had a new sale agreed which completed yesterday. Onto the actual sales process. Amy was the person who conducted the viewings and then managed the entire process through to completion. We were blown away by how much care and attention she took. After each viewing, we either received a call or an email with feedback (both positive and negative), which helped us understand how the property was being received by the market. Once an offer was made Amy then negotiated the price to get it as close to our asking as possible and ended up getting us a price that was slightly more than we would have been happy to accept. Once the sale was agreed Amy kept in regular contact with us, our solicitor, the buyer, and their solicitor. This open channel of communication meant we were able to quickly answer any question the buyer had, which helped smooth over the process of moving from offer to exchange. As mentioned earlier we completed yesterday, with the entire process (from offer to completion) taking just over 8 weeks, which is phenomenal. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Mr Green as your agent if you are looking to sell your home. They really stand out and (apologies for the cliché) go the extra mile. Since changing from the UK's largest agents to Mr Green I've been more than happy with their services. Mr Green came recommended to me by my niece, and I'm happy to say that they are a world away from the awful impersonal service I had to put up with from the previous agents! They are quick to respond to correspondence and keep me updated with changing housing legislation. Kat has been especially helpful in attending to the property when it was empty and I was abroad, constantly visiting and revisiting to ensure everything was in place for my property to be re-let. I was a tenant with Mr Green for a year - the onboarding and setup process was very quick and efficient. I had some issues regarding parking at the beginning of the tenancy and with the property management which were resolved quickly and professionally by Mr Green. My property manager, Katie, was super helpful with any queries and repairs were very quickly organised when needed (not often - the property was completed to a high standard.) Katie was also very helpful in deposit discussions at the end of the tenancy and was understanding and sensitive of personal commitments (i.e. work etc) when arranging viewings and visits at the end of tenancy. Would definitely check with Mr Green first if I was to rent again in the area!

We were originally represented by another estate agent and were purchasing a property advertised by Mr Green. Whilst our own agent failed to communicate and provide sufficient updates on the process, Darshan Brooks at Mr Green took complete ownership and became our main point of contact. We eventually decided to put our property back on the market with Mr Green as we had much more faith in their skills and service. Darshan and his team has been an amazing help throughout the process and has successfully managed to get us across the line, despite the many challenges we faced along the way. Darshan was always polite, friendly and optimistic, and always returned our calls and e-mails extremely quickly. He also took the time to come round to our property when it was most convenient for us, to talk us through the process and ensuring our expectations would be met. We would definitely recommend Mr Green to anyone buying or selling. Moving is always stressful, but with the help from Mr Green we felt much more reassured and optimistic. Our house sale and purchase was a breeze with Mr Green agents. They were confident they could sell our house in order for us to buy the project we were hoping for and boy, did they deliver!
