I would give 10/10 for the guys at Mr green we had very bad experience with other estate agents when trying to buy our first house so was a bit wary of any estate agents but the staff at Mr green were exceptional they always kept us informed of any updates and called to tell us the were chasing things when nothing was happening thanks to them my wife and i got the house we wanted i would highly recommend them

Mr Green are by far the best agent I have ever dealt with and throughout the buying process with other brands they have been no where near as helpful. We have been in the process of buying and selling since February 2019 and after getting nowhere with one brand I received a call from Peter as a courtesy call from a viewing we attended previously with him just to see how we were getting on. He offered to help sell our flat came round the next day and I switched immediately. The photos taken of the flat we have sold were fantastic quality and from then on we started to get regular viewings and honest, punctual feedback which had never happened before. Lloyd later took over to get people through the door and he was a real pleasure to work with. He was honest, told me straight and went above and beyond to support me with the entire process which can be really stressful at times. I cannot rate an agent high enough and have already recommended further business their way as a result. Anyone looking to buy, sell or rent a property these are the people to speak to very impressed. UPDATE: I have been with Mr Green now for almost a year. I can honestly say that they have been amazing. The team are friendly, quick to respond, and have done exactly as I had asked: they deal with minor issues, and only when they need input because there will be a cost involved, do they check back with me. I give them the go-ahead, and it’s sorted, with an update when it’s done. The team of tradesmen they use are also great. They respond straight away, and their charges are very reasonable. I’m not sure what we would have done this year without the team at Mr Green. ORIGINAL POST FROM SUMMER 2019: I had to choose a letting agent to manage a property in Bournemouth, as I don’t live locally. It was important to me that the agent was honest, reliable and straightforward, and would be fair to both me and the tenants (happy tenants tend to stay longer). I did a lot of research, and eventually chose Mr Green. I can only say that they have exceeded my expectations in all ways. Katie and Lucy work so hard, and have such a positive and friendly approach. They have managed work on the property prior to letting in an efficient and cost effective way, have found great tenants, and have kept me informed, but taken the stress of managing the tenancy away from me. Thanks to the team at Mr Green, I can relax and let them do the hard work, knowing that my tenants will also be well looked after. They really deserve 6 stars!
