It has been my first time in using Mr Green based on a recommendation. I must say, Mr Green was everything the recommendation had stated. They were professional, articulate in the way they talked about my property and how best to market. During the process of my sale, they were continually informative, and ensured all levels of engagement across buyer, the solicitors and I was consistent. Property sold, and I would not hesitate in either recommending, or using their services in the future .

My time with Mr Green acting as my estate agents of choice has been amazing from the first time I met Phoebe when she came around to value my property. Peter and Phoebe went above and beyond what they needed to do, we had a slight hicccup half way through when the buyer pulled out but within 2 days we had a new buyer, and we completed all safe and well. The friendly team at Mr Green were very helpful and supportive during the challenging sale of my family home for which I was Executor. Louis, Peter and Phoebe kept in continuous touch with me throughout the process and worked hard to bring the sale to a successful conclusion. The photos and video of the property were excellent. Could have not asked for a better estate agent. Ellie helped us have a smooth and easy experience as first time renters. She helped us with any issue we had and was always quick to reply, even going as far as to update us on what's going on behind the scenes, just to make sure we aren't left in the dark. 10/10 made renting a house a lot less stressful than it should be.

Useless. I called twice about a property they had to let and my details were taken and I was told the landlord would be put in touch to arrange a viewing. Never heard from landlord. Its not often I feel compelled to express my experiences when dealing with Estate Agents but I really do think these guys are cut above the rest. Extremely professional and well informed and I really felt they were trying to find me the right home. Amy was particularly helpful and sent me many properties after I registered with them and she also new everything about the properties we viewed with her. As an independent Agent , it was obvious they worked hard for you from the start and were very proactive with returning calls and emails.
