I chose Mr Green Estate Agents, because they were a locally run company and not part of a corporate chain. On meeting Phoebe ,I was impressed by her professionalism, knowledge of the area and housing market. She was respectful ,honest and didn't talk down to me as a single women selling a house. The team took amazing photos and virtual tour. At one point her she was very blunt and it was the kick I needed to clear the small front bedroom, so potential buyers could see how easy it was to put a bed in it! Always worth listening to the advice of your estate agent!! It's been a difficult journey with several bumps along the way. Phoebe went that extra mile, smoothing out the bumps and kept the sale on track. After a difficult 7 days ,we exchanged on sale and purchase with completion very soon. I would highly recommend Mr Green Estate Agents - they will offer you a great service and worth every penny. If I ever decide to move again I definitely would be knocking on the door of Mr Green

I can't recommend Mr Green highly enough! We found our lovely rental property with them a couple of months ago. Ryan was super helpful and understanding and even helped us find a property that wasn't even on the market yet. Our moving in the process has been smooth and we even got a little welcome pack with some goodies in, which was such a lovely touch! I have never dealt with an estate agent before and had such a good experience, so will be recommending them to everyone!

I recently moved into a rental property with Mr Green and I cannot recommend them enough. The lettings team was amazing throughout the whole process, with a special thanks to Keiron who was extremely helpful and supportive. Additionally, a couple of days ago we had a leak and the property manager David handled everything quickly and efficiently. Mr Green has an excellent team.

Shockingly bad experience renting here - Simon and his team at Mr Green treated us like trash and failed to respond to basic maintenance requests that subsequently resulted in the landlord blaming us for maintenance Mr Green did not complete. Full of lies and deceitful. I would recommend you look elsewhere in the area for a more reputable letting agent.

Exceptional Service from Mr Green estate agents. My husband and I have just sold our two bedroom flat in Southbourne. Having initially put the property on the market with another estate agent, we moved to Mr Green after a number of positive personal reviews. Having now completed the sale, my husband and I can echo the reviews we were given. Our flat was professionally managed by Darshan and from the very start his service was exceptional. He was diligent in his duties and managed to get a number of viewings organised the day the flat went onto the market, and we received an offer (which we completed the sale on) after 2 weeks. Throughout the processDarshan and his team have always been on hand to advise (recommending damp survey companies and solicitors), support and facilitate progress of the sale. Continually chasing documents and updates, we both felt that at all times Mr Green had our best interest as their priority and as a result the team had our complete trust. Darshan was open and honest, which again allowed us to manage expectations, achieving a realistic sale price and a timeframe to move. Mr Green’s services are slightly more expensive than other estate agents in the area, however I can categorically state that they are worth it. We would recommend their services to anyone who is thinking of buying or selling in the Bournemouth area. 5 Star service from start to finish.

I cannot recommend Mr Green highly enough, No.1 agent in Southbourne in my opinion!! Darshan and the team have been amazing throughout the whole process of selling our property. Simon even found our new home for us. I really appreciated their honesty in relation to the pricing of our home, not over inflating the price or making false promises as some agents do. This led to a sale at the right price in 3 days of being on the market.
